The package arrived, missing one part that was paid for on the invoice, the missing part was not on the packing list, no mention of backorder on the website or the packing list. Just sent another email asking what is happening, if part was backordered or they failed to put in all the parts that were paid for. Currently I am not impressed with customer service and communication.
