We are sorry to see your disappointment with our service. As we strive for excellence in customer satisfaction, we take your comments very seriously. The item you purchased came with Free Shipping so it was shipped at the least cost which was USPS First Class as this was an inexpensive collar. You did call us and add an extra item to your existing order which we prompty did as opposed to having you create a new order. We even gave you Free Shipping on the second item which was not Free Shipping. We hope to see you shop on our site again. Ordering on line was one of the easiest I have ever experienced, the price of the steps I ordered was the best I could find anywhere, they did not charge a shipping fee, the order was sent out in just 2 days and I received it by UPS just a couple of days later. We had 1 set of stairs for 1 of our 3 small dogs to help them reach the bed etc. but was too narrow for our long haired doxie and larger papillon. Before the day was over they were both using the stairs. I am thrilled with absolutely everything from the moment I placed the order to the point my dogs were using it. I would recommend these steps for anyone who has a pet that has trouble jumping, has health issues or is just too tiny to get on the furniture by themselves.
