"I received a call from them, however, they did not leave a good number for me to call back. I had to get the number off this site. The guy was helpful and told me to call back tomorrow and get my tracking number. Have not gotten any more thoughts, may or may not purchase from them. "

"I ordered a camera from these people on line. The next day somebody named "Larry" called my home and pressured me into buying the over-price memory and accessory kit. Larry was rude blunt and very pushy. I was thinking of returning the order but it is too much hassel. DON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE, you won't be impressed."

"Another store with the low-price-fake deal tactic. They only sell the camera, nothing else, then when you call them to confirm your order (didn't even get an confirmation email), they connect you with a salesman who will try and sell you a charger and a battery for $199!!!
And if you ask for the camera alone the answer is they dont have it in stock, but they do have the whole package for $199 more!
Stay away from this store!"

"Worst online shoping experience ever! Maybe I have been lucky in the past, but with this last attempted purchase, my luck ran out! I had ordered the nikkon coolpix 8700, they had a great price, but had none in stock. I had to find this out on my own. After ten days I had not received any form of order confirmation. I called their 800 number, and was given the run around four different times. I was told to call back in the morning first. So, on day 11 I called back in the morning. I was then told to call back in a half hour (10:30 am) I did so, and the extension I was given to call back was not valid. So, I went back throught the operator, and spoke to someone, who told me they would get right back to me as soon as they found out if my order had shipped out. He said it would be about 10 min. After 1.5 hours, I called them back. The extension I was given this time worked, but there was no answer, so I left a message. about 30 min later I was called back to be informed that my item was out of stock, but they had a diffent version of the 8700 for only $250 more! I tried to cancel my order, but they would not listen, all the guy on the phone could tell me was that it was such a great deal, and would be sorry if I passed it up. I was able to cancel after asking about a dozen times. Bait and switch! This company is bogus!"

"I just called this alleged company a few minutes ago.... Got the run around trying to get info on the Canon 20D. When I was finally connected to someone who handled this camera, he immediately asked which lens I'd like to go with it. I stated that I only wanted the body... He then said that the body was not available. I asked if they would be getting more in and when. His response was NO. No more 20d bodies coming in. I was left with the impression that if I wanted to buy 5 lenses at inflated prices, then the 20d body would magically appear. Beware this seemingly fraudulent store.... Sounds like the bait and switch is alive and well...."

"As with the previous poster had an identical experience. Tried to order A Canon Powershot S1.

http://store.tcscamera.com/canpows45.html

The store shows it as New and In the box for $239 + S&H. I read all their info and nothing showed it was out of box or "Grey Market".

After I Ordered I recieved a call from Larry at the company to review my order. Was told that this price was for a "Grey Market" camera that was not i the box and for $119 more they would sell me the "Accessory Kit" which included the Strap, Batteries, Charger and Remote Control. I told him that I did not want the accesories, just the Camera I ordered. Said he could not ship just the camera as he would have to open the box. Told him I ordered it new and in the box. After going round and round he put me on hold and came back offering me $10 off the higher price. I told him that he was using Bait and switch and cancelled my order. Do not buy from this outfit. You will regret it."

"Placed order for only the body of Canon EOS 20D through TCS Camera's website. Recieved no email confirmation. Called their customer service to inquire about this and abushed with a sales pitch for a variety of accessories I did not need. (batteries, memory card, lenses, etc.) Recieved a confirmation number and was told as they hung up that it would be 3-4 weeks till I recieved it. I called them back and asked if it was a US or Foreign warranty, and it turned out to be Foreign. I asked what it would cost for a US body and was told $999. So I asked to change my order. After being put on hold for a few minutes the operator returned and told me it would be $1350. I told them, in that case I wanted to cancel the order. The operator rudely asked my why I kept changing my mind. I told them it was due to the fact that they kept changing their prices. He told me my order was canceled, gave me no confirmation number and abruptly hung up.

I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PURCHASES. I HAD THE DISTINCT IMPRESSION THEY COULD NOT BE TRUSTED."

"Shysters who determine product availability based on whether you order accessories and/or an extended warranty Classic Bait-And-Switch. One of several "companies" listed at PriceHead.com that actually are part of a group of companies owned by one entity. Salesman told me "looks like you've called 4 of our other businesses tonight. That's why we won'd sell you the item. It wouldn't be fair to them." What oddly telling honesty re: their dishonest tactics!"

"The prior comments summarize my exact experience. I ordered a Canon Digital Rebel XT camera body only. When I called them as requested to confirm the order, I told that that I only wanted to order the item if I could be assured that it is in stock and ready for shipment. They assured me that it was in stock. When I refused the add-on items like lenses, warranties and batteries, I was told that the camera was a Korean import and that all displays and instructions were in Korean unless I wanted to English version at about double the cost. When I told the agent that his advertising is misleading, he was very rude and told me I had no idea what I was talking about that I was wasting his time. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY."
