"I received a call from them, however, they did not leave a good number for me to call back. I had to get the number off this site. The guy was helpful and told me to call back tomorrow and get my tracking number. Have not gotten any more thoughts, may or may not purchase from them. "

"Buyer BEWARE. The person I encountered to inquire about the warranty of a product was the most rude person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. I was asking about the warranty policies which is not stated on the website. He babbled and wouldn't let me get a word in. He told me I was cheap because I wouldn't upgrade to the camcorder kit. They do NOT offer manufacturer's warranty at all -you must upgrade to the package at $140.00. I told him he was rude and he said "I love being rude to people who can't afford things!" Obviously I never placed my order. I am so offended and will report him to the BBB. Hmmmph! The other reviews I found after this experience all said they were VERY Dissatisfied with their purchase. Thank God I listened to the little voice that told me to call before buying.
"Max the Sales person is a ****** *erk. When I tried to order Canon Rebel XT body only ( without battery, lens or warranty ) he got frustrated and started telling me that my camera will be delivered in 3 - 4 months and it will have Korean instructions and markings.

I orginally placed an order for a Nikon 70s body (invoice 3663). I then received an email saying to contact them:
"Please call Max @ 1718-627-2289 ext 216 or 800-508-5126 ext 216 to confirm your order. Thank You, TCS Camera"
I initially called the 1-800 number and was directed to someone who was very rude and told me that I should call customer service. He then gave me the number for an insurance company. Not customer service.
I then called the 718 number and got hold Max. He was questioning me why I called him. I told him that I was just responding to an email. He seemed very annoyed by the fact I was calling him. It seems like they have no idea how their own company even works. If they are going to send an email out telling customers to confirm their order, the customer service reps should be aware!
I initially just had a question regarding what came with the camera but due to the attitude of Max I decided to cancel my order.
I looked on the internet again and placed an order with CCI camera for the Nikon D70s body. I then received another email:
"Please call Max @ 1718-627-5600 ext 216 or 800-896-2626 ext 216 to confirm your order. Thank You, CCI Camera"
After receiving this email I was already discouraged. I called Max once again and he seemed even more annoyed. Yet again he had know idea why I would be calling him. He told me that my order was canceled. I asked why since I never cancelled this order (3801). I told him I originally cancelled my order (3663) through TCI camera the week before. He then proceeded to tell me that I was playing games with them by ordering camera's and canceling orders. I told him that I didn't cancel my new order and wanted to proceed with it.
Max then tried to tell me that the Nikon camera won't take third party memory cards and wouldn't let me simply order the D70s body. He then told me to do my research and they aren't there to walk me through things. What the hell is customer service for then?
After dealing with his attitude for 5 minutes I decided to cancel my order again. I do not want to support a company that has such terrible customer service and tells you lies.
Buyers beware! Do not order from TCI camera or CCI camera!"
"The prior comments summarize my exact experience. I ordered a Canon Digital Rebel XT camera body only. When I called them as requested to confirm the order, I told that that I only wanted to order the item if I could be assured that it is in stock and ready for shipment. They assured me that it was in stock. When I refused the add-on items like lenses, warranties and batteries, I was told that the camera was a Korean import and that all displays and instructions were in Korean unless I wanted to English version at about double the cost. When I told the agent that his advertising is misleading, he was very rude and told me I had no idea what I was talking about that I was wasting his time. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY."

One of several "companies" listed at PriceHead.com that actually are part of a group of companies owned by one entity. Salesman told me "looks like you've called 4 of our other businesses tonight.
