"STAY AWAY! I ordered several times from these people in the past and they were great, but this most recent time, it was like they fell off the face of the planet and left their website running to take orders. My order never arrived, the seller was unreachable my email, phone, or web. I had to have my credit card company reverse the charge. I have heard of similar experiences from many others."

"This company never pick up there phone returns emails. Imposible to contact them. they charged my card and still nothing. No status update on order no email no phone call. Very frustating. WARNING! I DO NOT suggest buying anything from this company regardless of price. This has been Stressfull and a big headache. I only wish I had seen all the other bad reviews before I had placed the order.. "This company has gone under. The website is still up, they will appear to process your order, and will charge your CC. However, they have no inventory - and they have been suspended from the list of Xecuter official resellers due to fraudulent activity. I suggest contacting your CC company and disputing the charges. I did just that, and had my money refunded promptly. Try one of the many other resellers located at http://www.teamxecuter.com/ good luck."

I ordered an Install service in december 04 and because of some technocalities my order was mutually cancelled by Blackwolf form their live chat service in June 05. I have yet to recieve the refund of my order. Credit card was charged before i even sent my xbox off. Can't even leave email for company. Could not get Live Help to work. Website has conflicting support info. Sent several emails with no response. Will never order from them again. Next time I'll check here first!"

"After reading recent bad reviews on System-mods.com, I sent them email message about canceling my order. All of sudden, the status "New Order" got switched over to "In Packaging" next day I sent the letter (which basically doesn't allow you to back out on your order at this status) and its been sitting as "In Packaging" for 8 days so far.I had a wonderful experience with them last year and I've never doubted I would get into this much of trouble getting a part from System-Mods.com but I'm extremely disappointed and annoyed. I attempted to call and email them again but no luck. I'm not even sure whether or not they will ever send the actual item."
"I ordered 2 X-box to USB cables on 10/16/05, I only paid 8 for the product and 8 for 2 day shipping, so its only a total of 16$. In their shipping policy it states that domestic UPS shipments ship with in 1-2 days. Since the 16th was a Sun. then you would expect to see the order on at least Fri. but no I didnt. I have tried to call every # on the website and even the # associated with the transaction on my billing statement, all of the mail boxes are either full or cant take messages ALL WEEK LONG and there is no getting a call back from leaving multiple numerical pages. You would think since email support is DOWN, and so is the live chat, that they would cover the phones, but no I cant get a CSR on the phone for nothing. They have my money and I have a tracking # that doesnt mean crap to UPS, I called them, at least I could get them on the phone to tell me there isnt any shipping info associated with the tracking #. Im not so much mad about the 16 bucks, its that I as a customer have never been neglected anywhere else near this badly. I do not recommend this site to anyone who enjoys prompt shipping and dealing with a company who cant hold up to their own policies. I dont know how a business with this kind of rep can even stay in business. I mean you would expect to see some kind of response with in a week to the customer, I mean we are the reason they even have the chance to become a vendor!! "
"First off - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!Now, my experience? This company is a scam. I ordered _FOUR_ USB --> XBox Cables with 3-day shipping. After 2 weeks I finally received the package. However, it contained only ONE item, and it was the opposite cable (Xbox Controller --> USB). I have tried every method to contact them -- chat, email, and phone -- at least 5 times each, all with no connection or no reply. Now their site says that all these methods are "Offline". How can you have an e-commerce site with your email offline?They are scam artists. Do not look at these terrible reviews and "just try them out" anyway like I did. Your money will be stolen just like mine and everyone elses has been. I'm going to do my best to make it hard for them to do so in the future."
"I was charged for what i ordered and it has been about two weeks now (maybe longer) My tracking number does not work, Their voicemail is full and cannot receive any messages, and they have not replied to any emails."
"BE WARNED DO NOT ORDER FROM SYSTEM MODS. I ordered on September 9, 2005 and still have not recieved my product or valid tracking number. I called them and tried going through all the various phone pathways, and I always recieved a full mail box message.The one time that I got through to a person they where not part of the company. This person was recieving 30-40 messages a day and was in the process of changing their number. So BE WARNED DO NOT ORDER FROM SYSTEM MODS"
"So I ordered from this company because they had the cheapest parts that I needed and now I see why. You can claim to have dirt cheap prices if you just charge credit cards and never deliver any actual merchandise. And don't even think of trying to get in touch with them. Live chat does not work. Their phone service has two options: (1) Be connected to some random guy who asks you if you ever get in touch with them to tell them to please quit sending all of their calls to his house, or (2) be told that the voicemail is full. Tracking number does not work. Email is ignored. Way to run a business guys!"
"I have had the same problem as these recent posts. I ordered on 9/20 and it is now 9/29 and my order still has not arrived and can't be tracked by UPS. They charged my credit card quickly and I have left an e-mail and a voicemail and have not heard back from anyone. This is very frustrating. If your system is really that screwed up then you should stop taking orders immediately until you get your system back together. It's just common courtesy not to take someone's money if you aren't prepared to ship their product in a timely manner. I have bought from system-mods on 3 past occasions and never had a problem so I am very dissapointed."
