"Terrible customer service i have called many many times and never received a call back and i had to leave a message every time bc they never answer their phone. i placed an order with them online 10 days ago and they were quick to charge my card $600 but i cannot get in contact with them to check why i have not received my merchandise yet and am very upset with them, i even tried using their contact us page and sent them an email with no response. i will NEVER use them again unless they resolve this issue with me."

"The staff at SXS Headquarters provides quality customer service. I spoke to different individuals Jamie and Ted that work there and they both were very knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. I will definitely at SXS Headquarters in the future."

"WRONG F*%#$G PART ARRIVED TODAY.........A Lift Kit and not my BUMPER I ORDERED AUG 30TH. It's been 45 day's and you just told me it will be another week? WTF



Service sucks! I ordered Aug 30th and still waiting. You have never called to keep me informed. I have to call every time. Yes I will be calling in the morning again. You were on time on cashing my credit card "twice" with the extra charge for a product I have not received! I do travel for free so I think I will be making a trip to your shop for a short vacation. Also I am going to tell all my buds with their ATV's about the service I have not received. The ATV shop in Enumclaw WA is very interested in my progress. ( my friend works there) I did just order EFI controller and high performance clutch kit with belt from them. ( I get the clutch parts in two day's) What would you do???????????? I thought I would order my bumpers with you so I could get them sooner and look what happened.
