"I had ordered a Hanwei Orchid Tsuba From Richard at SwordNation.
Being it was my first order with him I really didnt know what to expect. Richard handled everything wonderfully. From Taking my order, to shipping, and every little thing in between, he was prompt, courtious and over all a great gentleman to deal with.
Always letting me know when steps were being taken, from the product leaving his hands, right up until delivery. Richard was there every step of the way.
