I emailed them 3 weeks later after not receiving my order nor hearing anything further from them during this 3 week period. I received no response to this email, so after another week I tried to call during regular business hours. After spending several minutes in their auto phone answering Hades, my call was dumped to voice mail with no option to wait on a live person. I did finally get my money back (I paid through Paypal). "I ordered filters for our pool. The price was great and they were shipped in a timely manner. My only concern was with the representation of which filter manufacturer they would ship. I ordered Hayward Star-Clear 50 sq. ft. Cartridge (C500)
Manufacturer: Hayward. But I received the Pleatco PA 50 Filter. They both fit, I just thought since it said manufacturer Hayward, you should get Hayward's product, not Pleatco. They did have the best price on the web; so some times I guess you get what you pay for."
