This is Joe, the person you are targeting in this email for some reason...Do not even place any type of blame on us for this one in an attempt to get what you want. You were provided with RMA information, you jumped the gun and shipped the valve without waiting the day it took to get it to you. As far as a "home address", since when did the address you say you shipped the valve to from our About Us page show a house? It's a pretty large commercial building and if it were my "house", which it is about 45 minutes driving from my actual house, that wold be pretty strange being that it's a shared commercial building. We state that we will NOT accept returns sent there as we share that facility, and when you don't have proper return information, it is to be refused, as clearly written and in BOLD in our return policy. I am sorry that I even have to waste my Memorial Day responding to your bogus complaint. However, the mistake is at no way on our part, you didn't like the fact that we are holding to our policy as ANY store would regarding RMA numbers, correct return procedures and shipping to the correct requested location, and for that I apologize. Rules are put into place to be followed and there is always a reason for that, and this is the exact example of why you should have sent it through correct channels. As soon as your got that "return requested" email which I told you in the recorded conversation not to send it until the RMA number and correct warehouse address was provided, you were within the return period and it would not be affected if it were late at that point, and WOULD still be accepted.”

If you were to notice, we were having phone issues at that time and we very clearly stated to email all support requests or fill out a support ticket. As far as you going through paypal for a dispute, your order was shipped prior to that and your dispute was and is irrelevant to the "3 days later" receiving the parts. I do not know where you seem to see a specific -receiving- date to you that you feel a couple days is excessive, however I think you may be a little over the top on this complaint!

reply posted Mar-04-2013 “Sir, you ordered a part that was not marked in stock and as with all special orders, they do take about a week to come in before they ship. Regarding the part we are "blaming" Hayward for, you can call them and verify, however they did change the parts that do and don't come with the part you ordered CX3000F1B that belong to a long past discontinued filter version. Their telephone number (again) is 1-909-594-1600. Apparently you would rather slander us for doing the right thing and fulfilling what you ordered after you were well notified of status' and through the emails I personally replied to, did in-fact inform you of the item changes. Maybe you read them, maybe you didn't, maybe you dis-regarded them and decided to slander anyway, who knows. I will offer my apologies anyway, however it appears you cannot be made happy and i'm sorry for that.”

The whole posted review makes you sound kind of unstable to me honestly. All we asked for in order to refund a return was to actually return it, not utilize an *attempted* chargeback with your CC company without even shipping the product back to us, that is called stealing and in this country, it is frowned upon as well as unlawful. The tracking does nothing regarding OUR company. I am not sure what you are talking about regarding the degradation of me as a character, but defamation is not good. Life is short, be honest and be politically correct. It will get you much further. Please stop slandering us and particularly my name as I did nothing wrong sir. Thank you.
UPDATE 3/13/12: You are getting very riduculous here and again, stop, please. I am not sure how many times I need to beg you to quit without having to get a communication cease and decist order from a legal source. You are acting like an immature child and your actions need to cease.”

I also noticed there are no other logged attempts from your phone number in our system stating a missed attempt, voicemail, or otherwise communication other than the one recording. reply posted Feb-12-2013 “This order was placed in May. The customer waited and contacted us in June saying he didn't receive a seal. We resent the seal to him on 6/21. He posted a bunch of bad reviews about our company on the internet. We scan all the parts that go out and can prove that we did ship the $12 seal to him. He emailed us again on 10/12 at 5pm saying he still hasn't received the part. We resent it to him *again* (3 total) and it was picked up for shipping on Saturday, 10/13.Customer was sent a total of 3 seals combined but claims he only received the last one.I'm not sure what's going on here but each one confirms delivery on USPS.I apologize that you feel this is our fault each time after delivery.”
