"Where to start, 6 voice-mails on 5 separate days about my order unanswered. 2 emails, 1 to support and the other to sales unanswered. It wasn't until I filled a complaint to paypal that 3 days later little bits of my order started showing up over the coarse of 3 days. To date I still have not had anyone from swimnsave return any of my communications. Customer service is not a word that is understood by them. I will never purchase anything from them again even if the product was free and I only had to pay for shipping."
“Mr. Huhn,If you were to notice, we were having phone issues at that time and we very clearly stated to email all support requests or fill out a support ticket. As far as you going through paypal for a dispute, your order was shipped prior to that and your dispute was and is irrelevant to the "3 days later" receiving the parts. I do not know where you seem to see a specific -receiving- date to you that you feel a couple days is excessive, however I think you may be a little over the top on this complaint!-Joe”
"Placed an order a month ago tommorrow, paid in full on 3/22; and after repeated attempts to communicate (phone calls, numerous v-mails & e-mails), no response, terrible customer service! BBB and Attorney General will be notified and credit card company will intervene, should have looked here first!"

"They offer good prices but I had a disappointing experience. Their overall communication is REALLY bad.- I didn't get a notification when my first item shipped.- The web site product page did not notify me that the second item I was ordering was a special order item through Hayward. This added weeks to the delivery and I should have been notified before I ordered.- My first email to find out about the status of my item was sent 10 days after the order, but was not answered. I had to call a couple of days later to get the status clarified.- The second item, which did not arrive until 3 weeks after ordering, did not include all of my parts. I called and made them aware of the problem and they researched it with Hayward. They blamed Hayward for not providing the right information.- It's now been one month since this issue surfaced and I still do not have the parts I ordered. In fact, Swim N Save hasn't answered my last couple of emails inquiring about the issue.The missing parts are not super expensive so I am less than furious over these problems. I nonetheless feel slightly ripped off and really disappointed by the lack of communication. Additionally, I have been purchasing other parts for my pool renovation from more reliable stores."
“Sir, you ordered a part that was not marked in stock and as with all special orders, they do take about a week to come in before they ship. Regarding the part we are "blaming" Hayward for, you can call them and verify, however they did change the parts that do and don't come with the part you ordered CX3000F1B that belong to a long past discontinued filter version. Their telephone number (again) is 1-909-594-1600. Apparently you would rather slander us for doing the right thing and fulfilling what you ordered after you were well notified of status' and through the emails I personally replied to, did in-fact inform you of the item changes. Maybe you read them, maybe you didn't, maybe you dis-regarded them and decided to slander anyway, who knows. I will offer my apologies anyway, however it appears you cannot be made happy and i'm sorry for that.”

"My post was deleted so I will try again. The site doesnt allow links. I wanted to post e-mails and other documents online where you can see what transpired. When you read the reviews there is always a reason, story, or excuse by Joe as to why people had a bad experience. Before my post was deleted his response was filled with fabricated lies. That is why I wanted a link to show that his statements have no basis in reality. When I did that my post was deleted. Here's my original post. Remember, the real reality is that with 4.5 stars out of 10 there is a reason so many are dissatisfied. If you order from Swim N Save USA after reading these negative reviews don't complain if you have a problem. I wish I had found this site before ordering. I too was attracted to the low price. I would have gladly paid more to avoid my problems. I should have let me initial wariness be my guide. I attempted 4 calls before buying because I had a question. I never could get hold of a live person and when I left messages they were never returned.I placed my order on Nov 26th and chose the 1 day ship option available to customers in FL via Fed Ex Ground. When my package did not arrive I tried to track it on their website under order status. I could not get information there. E-mails and phone calls were not returned. It ended up shipping via UPS and arrived Dec 4th. So much for 1 day shipping. Their "order status" still shows to this day shipping by Fed Ex yet it has a UPS #.I ended up needing to return the product and requested an RMA. I sent repeated e-mails and made repeated calls. I finally got a hold of someone on the phone and they told me only "Joe" can issue RMA's. He said he would leave a message for Joe. No response again. I finally received an E-mail from Joe after I sent an e-mail threatening to go to the FL State Atty General's office as well as to the BBB and posting negative reviews on the web. I also said I would ask for a chargeback from my credit card company. Joe's response was a diatribe telling me he did not care what I did. He told me I had the product and I would get further ahead if I apologized to him. (unfortunately this site does not allow me to post his e-mail to me as it violates their policy) I had the product because they would not facilitate me returning it! I had to APOLOGIZE to HIM in an e-mail and finally received an RMA on Dec 31st. I returned the product and tracked it. It arrived on Jan 3rd. I contacted Joe via e-mail and he told me I would be credited in 24-48hrs. After repeated phone calls (no one live ever answers) and e-mails I gave up and disputed this with my credit card company. I finally receive my credit on Jan 28th through the credit card company, not Joe. ASK YOURSELF BEFORE ORDERING? Is it worth going through what I did to save a few $'s? Do your homework. Check the BBB. Their rating is horrid. Google map their business sites and look at their place of "business" with the satellite view. 422 Still Meadows Cir E, Palm Harbor, FL 34683. Here's the returns warehouse address: Swim &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; Save Returns Branch 183 1207 ENTERPRISE DRIVE PORT CHARLOTTE, FL. 33953. They try to make themselves look on the website like a large professional company. Believe me they are anything but that. The owner likes to say they are different "branches". Well the HQ of his "operations" is his house.If he spent as much time on customer service as he did fabricating lies then maybe he would not get so many poor reviews.UPDATE 3-12-03 - Contrary to Joe's response I only threatened to go the BBB and authorities. I had to APOLOGIZE to get my RMA. I never threatened anyone. He likes to lie to cloud the issue so in his mind he can justify poor to non-existent service. Joe also went on our companies FB page and posted personally defamatory statements about me. I took screen captures and sent to my lawyers in case they are needed in the future. Lastly, he claims I never sent the product back. Here is the tracking # from Fed Ex. 986429515009031 Anyone can take this # and put it right in the Google search bar, hit enter and see the tracked shipment that shows the weight, the RMA # and that it was signed for upon delivery. I also DID receive a credit card company that they NEVER returned to him. They ruled in my favor. Game, set, match Joe. Proof to the world that you are not only a liar but a poor business man with no sense of customer service.Update 3/13/13 Unfortunately, I did not hit the lottery with your company. The "response I am contrary too" is the response you initially gave under "read user comments" on this website. Why do you continue to insist that we used an "attempted" chargeback and did not return the product. We received the RMA on 12/31 (finally!) Product came back to you on 1/3/13. See the Fed Ex tracking # from my earlier post. You told me on 1/3 via e-mail that it would take 24-48 hrs to process the credit. I called and e-mailed weekly asking where my credit was. Well after 2 1/2 weeks of no response and no credit only then did I go to my credit card company for relief. They gave me my money back. You received a chargeback. In regards to my "stability", I own a SUCCESSFUL business,and I am a college graduate. By reviewing your posts I see you have trouble mastering English and the nuances of writing. I have never seen such poor grammar and writing skills. That combined with your poor customer service and far fetched excuses makes you look foolish every time you respond to the NUMEROUS negative reviews."
“Ok buddy, I am Joe. Yikes did we hit the lottery with you! First, I would like to know what "response" you are contrary to because I need some clarification on that one. The whole posted review makes you sound kind of unstable to me honestly. All we asked for in order to refund a return was to actually return it, not utilize an *attempted* chargeback with your CC company without even shipping the product back to us, that is called stealing and in this country, it is frowned upon as well as unlawful. The tracking does nothing regarding OUR company. I am not sure what you are talking about regarding the degradation of me as a character, but defamation is not good. Life is short, be honest and be politically correct. It will get you much further. Please stop slandering us and particularly my name as I did nothing wrong sir. Thank you.UPDATE 3/13/12: You are getting very riduculous here and again, stop, please. I am not sure how many times I need to beg you to quit without having to get a communication cease and decist order from a legal source. You are acting like an immature child and your actions need to cease.”

"Just bought a ton of items from Swim N Save USA and i could not be happier! I paid about half of what i would have in a local store and delivery faster than they originally quoted!Joe was awesome when handling my orders and knew everything about pools. Even helped me stop a small leak in my pool without having to empty it! Anyone looking for a real pool company with great products should shop here!"

"Avoid. I've ordered a few things from them. They offer low prices and I've received items quickly enough. In one case I got the wrong item. I've left emails and calls that are not returned. I finally got through to a live person once who promised to send me an RMA # by email. That email, of course, never came, and I'm back to being greeted by an answering machine immediately. "

"CUSTOMER SERVICE NON-EXISTENT.Ordered five items from stock on 5/7; given 7-10 day shipping estimate.About Two weeks later (5/25, inquired about order. No reply. Almost a month later (6/1), received emails stating my order was shipped. Oddly, two packages arrived the next morning (6/2).Upon opening the poorly packaged shipments, I noted that two item (including the most expensive item) was not included. I sent email to the Customer service department. Again, no reply.Another week later (6/8), I received a padded envelope with the small part enclosed, but not the most expensive item. Once again (6/10), I notified the company, no reply.Oddly, I received confirmation email on the 14th for order received on the 8th.I have sent multiple emails to the company requesting completion of my order.To this date, I still have not received a courtesy of a reply.I strongly recommend against ordering online from this company.UPDATE (as of 10/20)The company complained in email to me of 10/13 that my review was somehow immoral. IMHO, filing a BBB complaint and posting accurate reviews is not immoral and was exactly dictated by the situation.On 10/19, I received the missing part and the order is now complete."
“This order was placed in May. The customer waited and contacted us in June saying he didn't receive a seal. We resent the seal to him on 6/21. He posted a bunch of bad reviews about our company on the internet. We scan all the parts that go out and can prove that we did ship the $12 seal to him. He emailed us again on 10/12 at 5pm saying he still hasn't received the part. We resent it to him *again* (3 total) and it was picked up for shipping on Saturday, 10/13.Customer was sent a total of 3 seals combined but claims he only received the last one.I'm not sure what's going on here but each one confirms delivery on USPS.I apologize that you feel this is our fault each time after delivery.”
"This company is GREAT! First, the website navigation made it easy for my to find just what i was looking for. Second, they have a good variety of products available, some of witch are hard to fined. Third, the pricing was Amazing! I live in California and its my understanding that this company is out in Florida. I looked everywhere for a Sta-Rite Posi-Clear RP 200 Sq. Ft. Cartridge Filter and even with the most expensive shipping they provide i was able to save about $400, that's no joke! And lastly, the shipping time was over all like 8 days and it had a holiday weekend right in the middle. My product is working great and i am very satisfied with my business with this company. I would definitely recommend to friends and family."

"The price quoted in Google Shopping did not include shipping which put them as having the best price, but shipping was added later. The item was out of stock for over a week. When it did finally arrive, they had shipped a no-name generic product rather than what I ordered. I tried to call 3X; they answered once. They do not respond to voice mails or emails. I will never order from swim n save again."
