I called then initially to speak to a sales rep about a new guitar; he was very helpful and friendly, which in and of itself isn't remarkable - but what IS remarkable is that he gave me his direct extension and his background in the business, and told me from that point on he personally woudl be managing my account. I had follow-up questions, and he always answered in a timely and complete way.
