The item shipped quickly, arrived exactly as I had expected and included a handful of Halloween candies for fun.<br><br>Sweetwater has one of the most complete lines of musical gear in the industry. Their catalog has great descriptions of their products and very helpful pages that educate as well as promote. By providing depth in the item descriptions, they ease the decision making process when a customer is likely to be overwhelmed with options. Few competitors can match Sweetwater\u0027s comprehensive presales support. "I ordered a simple power adapter for one of my Korg devices and had it shipped to my work. Steven, the Sales Engineer, contacted me later that morning via phone about validating the business name, which I accidentally omitted. Great service, delivery was on time, the packaging was sound, and the product was as described on the site. Not a single problem with this transaction. The fact that my device, a Korg KA193 power adapter, was the cheapest at Sweetwater over any other online or in person store was a bonus."
