"Good price for product found on (a retailer who sells Craftsman) Marketplace. Placed order on May 11th, didn't receive till May 20th. Fair at best. Two months later, one of three batteries died. They didn't reply to my request for a replacement, till I carbon copied them a complaint to (a retailer who sells Craftsman) a week later. Their response was they only warranty this for the 30 days and after that you are on your own.

Manufacturer warrants the product for one year, but this is Surveillent's wondrous customer service policy. After more prodding they offered to try and get me an exchange but would need a case number from the manufacturer of their techs deeming it defective. Then, they would also need $30.00 to cover the shipping expenses from them to the manufacturer and then from the manufacturer back to them and then to me. They estimated $10.00 per shipment via UPS/FedEx. I find this pathetic!

I notice they are no longer affiliated with (a retailer who sells Craftsman). Gee, I wonder why?

The little you save buying from Surveillent is certainly NOT worth the aggravation you're likely to suffer after the sale. "

"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had an UPS tracking number which
only said that a label had been created. After a couple days I emailed them(because you can't talk to them on the phone)to see when it would be picked up, they said UPS had it and it was in transit and that there was a problem with UPS. I spoke with my company's UPS representative and they said they did not have it.
Several days and emails past and finally UPS has it. So the final upshot was that Surveillent.com told me the wrong information because the items were indeed in their warehouse and not with UPS. I would have appreciated them just telling me the truth. The emails that I received from them were rude, condescending, and told me no information. They were not easy to communicate with. I will take my business to companies with better customer service.
After this posting, I received two phone calls in which someone from the company yelled at me about my review. It is interesting that when I when I asked them to call me and discuss my order they didn't, but someone quickly responded to me after the posting.

"Very Satisfied with my purchase!!!! I read tons of horrible reviews of this company, and I was very hesitant about ordering from them; however, their price on my product was over $100 less than the next lowest price. Ordinarily, I would have run far, far away having read these reviews. I'm so glad I didn't! OK; they're a little slow on communication (No real way to call a living person directly, and it took 4 or 5 hours or so to get an email response); but that's not really that bad considering their prices are so good.

Anyway, I'm extremely pleased with my transaction and would have no problem ordering from them again (in fact I just placed another order just prior to writing this review.

"Do not buy from this company. They sold me equipment that have a specialized power adapter that is no longer made! They didn't have this information posted on their website and didn't have any remorse when it happened. And they won't accept a return. Beware!"

"I received a Fedex tracking number after purchasing 3 items. The shipment only contained 2 of the purchased items. I contact customer support immediately via email. They said that their warehouse would respond and to contact them again within 2 days if I did not hear anything.
No one ever responded, so I filed a claim for non-receipt on Paypal. They responded within minutes after I filed the claim. They gave me a second tracking number and threatened to reroute the shipment and ban me if I did not immediately close my claim.
Good prices, but their customer service is extremely rude to a paying customer."

"You know when someone says that price is too good to be true? With this outfit it couldn't be more true. Not dealers for alot of the products they sell=no warranty. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!"

"I purchased an Epson printer with a USB Interface, I received the product and had some issues. The Director of Customer service called me and helped resolve the issues. Great customer service!"

"Buying from Surveillent was the worst experience of my life. First, I ordered an infrared light and the description of the item matched what I wanted, but the product number did not match the description. I received the wrong item, and tried to return the item. This led to dozens of emails and phone calls and I eventually returned the item. However, Surveillent never sent me another IR light! I sent at least ten more emails and called daily for two weeks, but I never could get through. In the end I tried to have the bill canceled off my credit card, but it was too late and the credit card company would not do it. I was out over $1200!"

"STAY AWAY!! Prices may seem ok, but customer service is simply AWFUL. All of the other negative customer reviews are correct. I had the same experience. They charge a 25% restocking charge for unopened merchandise. And when I pursued the return, the reaction was inappropriate and snarky. Still trying to resolve my return of unopened merchandise. I am very surprised Amazon or Sears has a relationship with this highly unprofessional company."
