"This company has very good customer service. There was an issue with a shipment and they resolved it immediately. You judge the quality of a company of how quickly and effectively they handle issues, if they arise. This company really excelled in that area."
"Stay away from them. They might be a little cheaper, but not worth your time if problems arise.I've placed a order for an intercom panel bracket on 5/17. It took them whole week to send it. It was mailed on 5/24 and I've received the package on 5/28. Pretty slow considering we're in the same city. When I opened the box it contained item and invoice that should go to someone else.Fortunately when I called them I've received mailing label to send it back and they informed me that correct item will be sent.Well. Not that easy.More than a week passed (it is 6/6) and I still don't have my part. I've called them and they have no idea about anything. I was informed that they won't process RMA and send correct part until wrong item I've received gets back to them. They were asking me when it was sent.Turns out they received my return two days ago!Typically a company would apologize and sent me correct item ASAP fastest way possible. Not this one. Customer service sounds sleepy and slow. I would also call them rude and very hard to reach. Most of the time the only answer is a voice mail.I could understand their cautious process on expensive item and customer mistake. But it is $10 dollar piece of plastic and their screw up.Meanwhile I have people moving into the apartment and the installation is not finished because someone can't compare names on two pieces of paper.They didn't apologize, they can't give me any useful information, they still didn't send the package."

"I placed an order for a camera on May 8, 2013. It did take about 10 days to receive the shipment and when I received it, it was a lens rather than the camera that I had ordered. I called the 800 number and spoke to Anna in Customer Service. They were very helpful in getting a speedy resolution to the mistake. They contacted the manufacturer and had the correct item shipped to me second day air. They automatically issued a pickup order for the incorrect item, of course all at no charge to me. Mistakes happen, but it's all about the resolution that counts. The issue was resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. I would certainly order from this company, again."

"I was looking for a particular item that I saw Surveillance-Video happened to carry that no one else did. I ordered it online since they said it would ship out the next day which they indicate is usually a stocked item. Item didn't arrive for over a week because it was actually shipping from the manufacturer instead. I received the item and it wasn't exactly what I thought it would be but made it work anyway."
"I purchased a product from Surveillance-Video ( Altronix, WPL, Enclosure, NEMA 4/IP65 Outdoor Rated) because their price was much lower than others. Once I placed the order, they called me and it turned out that it was really mis-advertised and the price was just for the lock to the box. And the box I wanted was same price as others. Assuming this was an honest mistake, I stayed with them and paid the full price. The box arrived some time later. It has the wrong dimensions. I'm trying to return it. I have called them (answering machine), I've sent them e-mails directly and through their web-site. NO RESPONSE in a week."

"Watch out for a bait and switch.4/2/13: Ordered a new camera from Survellance Video for $285.43 paid via paypal. Later that day, received a voicemail that the price has jumped to $361 (and change)4/3/13: Canceled order via online chat due to the price increase. Later that day, received an order has shipped notification. I Decided to wait to see if we received the product at that time. We had paid for 2 day shipping. I didn't mind either. I would pay the advertised price on their website, OR not have the item from them.4/5/13: UPS & Fedex shipments arrived, no camera. Called them to find out if the order had either shipped, or was canceled. I asked for the status as I was a bit confused about it. First she tells me it's drop shipped, so I asked for the tracking number, which she told me that since it was drop shipped she wouldn't have. Then she interrupted herself and said in a very rude tone, that the order had been canceled. I asked why it said it was shipped if it had been canceled, and she said that it had to do with accounting. I asked her when the credit for my canceled order would happen, and she said she would talk to the lady in internet orders today.I received a refund notice from paypal 15 minutes after the phone call.I also checked their website. The camera is still listed at $285. I would not order online from this company, maybe over the phone had the csr not been rude to me, but we definitely will not be providing them with our business again. "
"The sales person we spoke with was kind enough to walk to the warehouse and check stock for the items we ordered. We placed the order on line but were most beholding to Jeffrey (sp?). The order was dealt with and shipped promptly, within my expectations."
