"I have used this company for several years. They give good service, sell what they advertize, ship promptly, and don't overcharge for the products. Just a quick note to neophytes and first time users: know what you want, ask questions, make sure you know how to use what you get."

"I just received my barebone system (Duron 1gig on Fic az-11 mobo and a wave case.) and it worked great. Just two small problems that's no big deal. An HHD led was plugged backward and the "refurbished" floppy drive didn't work. I got the manual, cd, and the cables with it. I didn't know if I was going to get them so I downloaded the stuff from Fic ftp. Fic has great support. I am very pleased with my purchases from this site."

"Purchased a fancy wireless keyboard with built in mouse. Great price on pricewatch and shipping estimate matched advertised price. Received order confirmation email and tracking information email. Order arrived promptly, well packaged, and worked great. I just placed the order and have already gotten three advertisement emails from them though!"

"I read all the negative reviews below but decided to take a risk and buy from them anyway because they had a real good deal on some specific products I wanted. I've ordered like 3 times and this is the first time I've had to deal with customer service.

They messed up a bit on the 3rd order (one item didn't match the picture shown for it) but I emailed them and Ray helped me out with a credit.

Generally speaking, the experience pretty much matches the treatment from other surplus places I've bought from. These people aren't frauds, but they are busy and their warehouses are packed and can be a bit messy.

There are going to be mistakes, but the prices are good and there are cool odd items you can't get elsewhere.

Remember you'll be treated how you treat others, so cut people some slack and they'll appreciate it. If you can't do that, buy from somewhere more expensive where reps are payed to kiss behind."

"I heard good things about these folks; after dealing with other places I decided to give them a try even though their ratings weren't great. Great product (barebones, etc.), great shipping, fast, reliable product. Other odds and ends added to order without a problem with shipping. Planning several purchases!"
