"Placed an order, gave them a inquiry number where it resulted that the shipping should be free. They completely ignored that and they charged me the shipping fees. Also, one of the items was sent from one of their stores and the amount is completely wrong and much higher than expected. Many phone calls to their customer service and still have to solve the problem because, every time you talk to a different person and they seem not to communicate between them. Avoid it if possible. At the end I received the items. Also I received back the extra cash I had to pay. "
