"Ordered a Canon T1i and after looking around to find the best price, Supreme Camera had the best deal. Once ordered, I got a call and we talked about the camera and accessories, very usefull. The camera is awesome and still learning how to use all the functions. The camera arrived on time and have no complaints. "
"WARNING: This online retailer conducts business in a DECEPTIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL, SLOPPY manner. Supreme Camera is also Mega Wholesale & TheCameraProfessional.com
The factual list of their DISHONEST practice is endless. To start: - Video camcorder & accessory order was shipped in a used box with holes, improperly packed and nearly opened. - Video camera was missing, three items were substituted. - One item looked like it had vomit on it. - The "extended warranty," which arrived over a week later was for a retail store in NJ
Unless trying to get a credit for your unfulfilled order is a sport, you can do without the mess and stress of this fraudulent operation."

"This sale was perfect, Great communication, Super fast shipping. My item was packaged very well. Supreme Camera will be on my list of sellers who I will buy from in the future."
"Okay..can we give a rating of NO stars? I tried to hold out a little hope that I could partially make this order work, but not possible. I purchased the base kit online, and then let him upsell me on what I thought were additional items. Instead, they just rebundle all of my items into a customized "kit" and are making me return the whole entire order if I want to return any of it. THAT is how they make their money. I would have kept $750 worth of stuff and returned the $600 worth of Made in China crap they sold me at THREE times the regular price. Knowing that once customers figure this out and try to get their money back but are forced to return everything as a "GREAT" package deal, they make 15% of the total sale price in restocking fee. When I told him he was a scammer, he told me that wasn't nice. AG's office will be hearing from me. Give them a call yourself at 800-771-7755."

"I looked at a couple of other sites and this camera and the kit seemed to be of the best value and I really like the idea of the bill me later. I do this with other merchants and it works out good for me."
"Please don't ever order from this company! After just talking to "customer service"(Elay) about my order, I was feeling sick and angree all day!!! Very bad!"
"I bought from Supreme Camera over a year ago and am suprised they are still in business. I agree with the the most of the negative reviews however I think giving Supreme Camera one star would be far too generous. I bought a small Canon camcorder and over paying extra for non name accesories that were completly useless. When I tried to return they refused were very rude and gave me the run around. I recomend going to B&H or Helix camera. STAY AWAY from Supreme Camera or any online retailer that sells camera's below market it is a good chance they are a scam!!!"
"This is obviously a bait-and-switch operation. They claimed that the camcorder I was purchasing was in stock and would ship on the 9th, but then decided it was backordered when I wouldn't buy any of their overpriced, fraudulently described accessories. On their website, they list the BP-809 at $139.99 and call it a 6-hour replacement battery. Amazon sells it for less than $55 and Canon's literature says that you only get 100 minutes of recording time with it. On the phone, their rep even lied to me about the capabilities of the camera to get me to buy an extremely overpriced SD card."
"CROOKS!
If you buy from them you deserve to be robbed. Notice the phoney reviews all done in October. No other reviews are shown.
I won't go into all the ways they screw you!"
