Never order from this business. They may be low price but all you get is the camera, no accessories or even the normal battery, just a demo battery, they try and sell you that after you order, never mentioned in their ad. First of all, I ordered a canon sx200 online, called to confirm the order as instructed and after 3 weeks never received it. First I emailed, no repsonse at all, then called and found out camera is on back order should be in in 4 weeks, which puts it at middle of December or so. Now Jan 14th, 2 1/2 months later no camera, emailed twice with no response. The ironic thing is their website says email for faster customer service but they give no email address on website, so I used the addresses they emailed me for confirmation. Supreme Camera will not last, a fly by night joke. If you see Supreme camera, run the other way!!!! Worst experience ever.

I ordered 2 cameras from supremecamera.com for my daughters as Christmas presents. When I gave the cameras to my daughters for Christmas. One camera the Nikon S60 takes fuzzy pictures. I called to return or exchange the camera for a different camera. I was told that I could not exchange the camera and was basically out of luck. I asked to speak to a manager and what a suprise he was not available. This is the worst place to do business with. BEWARE. I will not order anything from them ever again!!!!!

I have the same story as many others. Ordered a camcorder, then received an e-mail to call "Robert" who pushed hard to sell me other accessories. I said no to all an now my Canon is on indefinite back order.  
 
Under their contact page they state "please email us for faster response" but there is no address  
listed anywhere on their site, this should tell you something about the company.  
 
If the price is too good to be true, then it is.

I just love my new Sony SCR-SX40. It is just the size I need for traveling as it is super light weight yet takes excellent videos & pictures. The delivery was very prompt. Thanks! I expect years of enjoyment from it's use.

I ordered a Canon VIXIA HV40 High Definition Camcorder for $599.99. I called to find out the shipping and was told it was on back order but they could ship the same camera WITH the battery and charger for an additional $250.00!! I felt this was a major bait and switch. I ended up ordering from Circuit City -- same camera with the both battery and charger for $575.00.

Certainly a high-powered operation which will sell you as much additional as they can, but the product I purchased (a "factory-serviced" Panasonic Lumix DMC FX-55 was priced very, very reasonably (about 30% of what I paid for a new one a year or so ago), shipped immediately, and arrived in as-new condition and in Panasonic factory packaging. I would do business again with them without a doubt!  
 
Just know what you want and just accept that online camera shops are boiler factories by nature.

I do have to say they did try and bait and switch. Do your homework about the product and stick to your guns. I ordered a Canon 50d. They tried to upgrade me to a heavier-duty camera body - They don't make one... Just to give you an idea. The service was fast and I got the camera right away. I thought their prices were good and I had no problems.

Scam site, do not buy from these guys. Prices are low and they don't intend to sell to you. Never processed my order and then they call and try and sell you something else. Scam Scam Scam

Absolutely, the worst. Very pushy. Camera's underpriced, but accessories overpriced. Items are not in stock unless you purchase accessories. I called to purchase camera only and was told they were out of stock. I called again a few minutes later and was "allowed" to purchase when I ordered accessories. Come as "bundle" on invoice with a note that all would have to be returned if any item was not wanted with a 15% restock fee. I was sent a non-working refurbished camera although I purchased one described as "new". I am waiting for my refund. They have received my returned merchandise.

upon ordering a camcorder with a combodeal on cyber monday. I was very excited about my order. On wed. I placed a call and talked with Eli, he confirmed my order was in stock and would be shipped out that night. Then He said my order didn't come with any charger did I want to add it to my order. After declining He then tried to sell me another kit with 2 batteries for $350 more. I asked how long the company was in business and he stated 9 years but they were a catalog company. after watching my status change to back order I asked my neighbor to call the next morning and act like he was interested in ordering the same item we was again told it was in stock and ready for delivery so the neighbor asked why my order was on back order and he was told to call customer service in an hour. Customer service said it was back ordered for 6 to 8 weeks they were asked why Eli stated it is in stock and they just repeated the 6 to 8 weeks. so I cancelled this order and contacted the credit company to flag this charge. I feel if I would have ordered the more expensive kit they would have shipped it out immediately. I feel their integrity and morals are in question. I do not trust the rude Eli when he avoids answering questions and refuses to send out a catalog he stated the specials were in. Ps. when I contacted my credit card they informed me that there was no inquire for my purchase which tells me that only if you purchase the more expensive items they have no intention of selling you anything. unless they make a big profit.

The store advertising the lowest price on a professional model digital video camera. Their prices is nearly $1000 lower than full retail. This type of camera comes with a fixed lens. It is not removable as in other very high end cameras. They then ask if you want a lens, and which lens, and the price suddenly goes up to full retail. This is a scam. The camera comes from the factory in one piece including the lens. They have no ability to change it. There is only one lens option from Sony. They are simply using a falsely advertised price to get customers on the phone and trick them. I know better but many don't. They were arrogant and rude. I can only imagine how bad their customer service would be if that's the way a potential customer is treated. Don't buy anything from them is my advice. SupremeCamera.com

Do not order anything from this site. Wouldn't place the order until they tried to upsell other accessories. I agreed to pay for expedited shipping and I still do not have my camera.

I made purchase for a camera for my production company. The price looked great, and there was a fantastic package with many accessories. A few hours after making the purchase, a sales rep named Eli called me to confirm the order. He tried to sell me other accessories, and then tried to sell me a lens. When I told him I already had lenses, Eli said that I needed to buy THE LENS for the camera. I looked at the product page for the camera, and told him that the site says the camera features the lens. He said, "Well, it does feature the lens. It doesn't say it comes with the lens, does it?" It's a BAIT AND SWITCH scam! I immediately canceled the order, and then called the bank to ask them to place a red flag on any order that comes through from Supreme Camera. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! IT'S A TRAP!

I looked at a couple of other sites and this camera and the kit seemed to be of the best value and I really like the idea of the bill me later. I do this with other merchants and it works out good for me.
