"I ordered my stuff a week and a half ago (7 business days) and it's still not here. At 1/3 of the cost and 10X faster shipping, I will buy from a competitor every time from now on. Thought I would give supplementwarehouse.com a shot, but they blew it."

"I placed an order from Supplementwarehouse on Sat April 27th for some protein and was told that it would ship out Mon April 29th. I called on Mon the 29th to check if it had shipped as i was told and the custome service rep told me that it had not shipped yet but it would go out the next day on Tues April 30th. While on the phone with the rep i noticed they were advertising free shaker bottles for protein shakes so I asked the rep if she were to ad that shaker bottle to my order how much longer would it take to ship and she said my order would be dalayed 24 hours, so it should ship Wed May 1st. It didnt. I called on Wed May 1st and asked if my order and shaker bottle had shipped yet because i was still waiting for my tracking number and the customer service rep said it would ship out guaranteed Thurs May 2nd because sometimes when you ad a new item the delay is longer than 24 hours. Understandable. But when i called back on Thurs May 2nd to ask if it had finally shipped the rep told me NO and that she would look into this delay and send me an email to let me know what happend, so I waited till Friday May 3rd with still no email from the rep, then called and mentioned to them that I still havent received a tracking number or an email explaining the delay and the rep told me that they were actually OUT of the protein I ordered and that they would ship it to me Mon May 6th!!! She said I would receive my protein by May 9th or 10th!! I asked, WHY did your company sell me something you didnt have in stock, plus charge me $13.00 for 3-5 day shipping when im having to wait over 9 days from the day i ordered! I demanded a refund because i had had it with this company! NEVER order from this company, they sell items out of stock then make you wait 3 times the promised wait time, while charging you an outrageous $13.00 in shipping fees!"

"Wow, these guys are terrible. I tried to place a > $500 order for a large amount of protein bars (big household, and I like to order in bulk so I don't have to think about it often), and they just outright cancelled my order because "it might be fraud". They didn't even try to do anything sensible like call me to verify, they just cancelled it.

I posted about this on their Facebook page and mentioned that they were losing business because of this policies. Rather than do something smart, like say "I'm so sorry, what's your order number we'll get it resubmitted for you", they just deleted my comment and blocked me from posting on their page. Brilliant move there guys, instead of saving the business you just inspired me to go write negative reviews.

Epic fail at customer service on all counts. What do you say about someone who just doesn't want your money? They actually had very reasonable pricing, and I probably would have given them many thousands of dollars of business, but it doesn't make sense to deal with someone so determined to be rude and unhelpful."

"love this place, first time I ever ran into the non valued competitor issue was during my last order which they informed me on why and told me I was able to offer another company as a competitor which I promptly did. I've ordered here over the last 4 years, by far the best place to order from. Shipping might seem high, and it sorta is but when you think about it $28 for 50 lbs of stuff being shipped isn't bad at all. Also they shipped the wrong powder to me once and I mailed out the correct one with a return label for the other protein powder within 2 days."

"I was scared to order from this company from previous reviews, but have learned time and time again that the reviews are wrong. I have ordered every month on the 14 and by the 16 or 17 I have received my ordered. I LOVE is website, its very easy to maneuver and everything I need or want I get it on time, better than on time. Their prices are very competitive, what I wanted was way more expensive on other sites. Definitively one on my favorite bookmarks."

"Don't fall for the price match scheme. Everytime i order something and find it cheaper on a different website,they adjust the price (without notification) and say that the website I found is not considered a "valued competitor." So they automatically charge your credit card a higher price and ship your order. Very unprofessional to say the least."

"Terrible. First of all the "free" items are not free. They just jack up the price of shipping and handling. Second it takes forever for them to get order shipped. Why are we paying so much for handling? It's been 7 days since I placed my order and it hasn't left the warehouses yet. They say tomorrow."

"My order was short a $.99 item and I was on the fence about contacting customer service. I mean what's a buck nowadays? It would cost more to send the item than the items cost. I decided to contact them and to see if I could get a $.99 credit for a future order. Instead they shipped the item ASAP. I was really impressed with the customer service at Supplement Warehouse. They have exceeded my expectations of what customer service should be . This is why I'm giving them an excellent review and customer loyalty towards future orders.

"Their prices are low although after shipping & handling their average for online but still cheaper then buying local. I've done business with them multiple times and never had a problem, my order always shipped the next business day and has always been correct. I will do business with them in the future and will also recommend to others."

"I have ordered four times from this website and each order has taken longer and longer to process....at least 4 days before the order even leaves their facility. Finally, I canceled my fourth order after seven days and not progress on getting my order in the mail.

Talking to an actual person is nearly impossible as their phones seem to always be 'experiencing unusually high call volume' and your call gets disconnected."

"Not sure why you offer price match - 5%. I ordered Con Crete and Amazon offered it for $30+ and I inserted the information on your site and my price was to be $30.66 and when my product arrived I was charged over $32. It is not the couple dollars but the fact that you falsely advertise. I will not order again from Supplement Warehouse. On top of that I would have received free shipping which you do not offer. I made a mistake in ordering with you and I will not again"

"I would never buy from this company again ever. They accepted my price match on the web but billed me for the original price, they also sent the wrong product. The invoice showed the right products that I ordered however the product that came in the box was incorrect.
I called back to complain they said that they dont honor any price match. I asked why did you accept the price match in the first place and gave me an internet receipt with the reduced price. I was getting nowhere, I asked to speak to a manager, then the agent hung up the phone. BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I WOULD STAY AWAY! I WAS RIPPED OFF, SCAMMED!"

"This is a place to order from if you are ordering weightlifting/body building supplements and the like. If you are looking for general or other specific health supplements, vitamins, minerals etc. don't order from them (unless you don't mind waiting for your order.) They are a supplement warehouse for the body building / weight training sector period. I called and asked where my order was and was told that because of the products I ordered, they had to order them in - as they do not stock all products - that way they can offer fresh dates. Fine, but don't say that you'll ship within 1-2 days (calendar days, not business days) of order placement. I am in WI, and wanted to support WI business, so I placed an order through them - rather than through iHerb or another online place outside of WI. There were products I couldn't get through Supplement Warehouse - so I also ordered on the same date from iHerb - a couple of things only - and I received them 3 days ago - still waiting on my SW order to be shipped. I was told that they have to order from vendors that are sometimes as close to them as 10 minutes away - and others that are 2 hours away - and that they take 48 hours to get them the product or so - maybe longer. So, then they take 1-2 days to ship out after they get your product from their vendors, but it takes them 1-2 days to place the orders with their vendors because the compile a bunch of orders to make up a large enough order to order from that vendor for the products needed for your order. (If you can follow that.)

So - bottom line - I could have walked the 200 miles and picked up my products and back by now - no amount of 'price matching' and freebies can make up for slow service.

Regarding the freebies and price matching. iHerb - same order that I placed through SW - including all the freebies at SW - came out cheaper after I double checked - even having to 'buy' the freebies at iHerb - and I get 1-3 day free shipping - so my lesson here is - while its good to support local economy, its also good to be honest with your potential customers and tell them you don't have stock on items that aren't normally stocked that you have to order in - and that there will be a wait on shipping - then - let them decide - if price makes a difference or if they need their product in a timely manner.

Beware - and know that you will wait - if it is NOT a body building / weight training supplement or product you are ordering - you'll wait - so order your vitamins, and other supplements elsewhere and get the BB/WT stuff at SW.

"Terrible. Do not buy from them. Bought a preworkout and a 5 pound protein blend. Shipped three days later. Got here about a week after I ordered it. Opened box to see protein was not there. Called customer support to see what the deal was. They said they sent me an email (which they did) telling me that they were out of this protein. I then asked if I could get a different type of protein with out shipping cost. They told me there was no way I could do this. Will never buy from them again. "
