this happend. It sounds like you did also speak with a rep here about the issue.
If they told you a date that it would ship, it would have been a date that the factory expected them to be available to ship. These are not promise dates, only estimated times of arrival by the factory and are not written in stone.
If the rep did not make that clear that the ETA dates are not gauranteed by the factories, I am sorry, they should have really made that clear to you. The reason why is that we have no control over the nation wide factory backorders, and we strive to give as accurate of information to our customers so that they can make any changes needed to their order.
We do not make excuses for backorders, we do out best to send immediate emails once we are aware of the factory backorders to any customer affected, and we also send out shipping confirmations as soon as the products arrive and ship.
We are striving for 100% customer satisfaction, and with your review it allows us to look into our methods and try to find better ways to deal with uncommon situations. Thanks for your comment”

We do have a toll free number posted on every page of our website for customers to contact us by phone for free to speak to a live rep.
We do not scam, have never scammed a customer, and never will. If your invoice number was real, we could give you detailed info, but this is not a real invoice number that you posted to resellerratings.com. Since we do not have anyway to identify you or your order, we can not help. Please call us toll free at 888-294-5156 M-F 8-5 central time and discuss this with a rep.”

We process thousands of orders and sometimes when you deal with that type of volume things happen. It is unfortunate that our majority of happy customers do not post the good. Seems like review sites are a place to vent. We like them so we can fix issues at hand. I guess you need to hear the bad so you can become the best right!”

posted Dec-29-2011 “We are sorry that we could not help in this case. Our system is automated and because of this it is too difficult to stop and combine multiple orders. We used to be able to do that before our volume got so large, but now to find an order in the shipping dept and match it up with an order that is somewhere else down the line takes to much time and increases the chances of mistakes being made with the other shipments when things are pulled out of order. We are again sorry for this, we strive to fill orders as fast as possible. Until we are able to find a way to combine multiple orders placed on different order numbers that will not cause a shipping disruption to our thousands of daily shipments we have to stick with our system that works.
We hope that your orders shipped quickly as expected, and we hope that this explains it a little better.
