"Great price and good quality. Due to a mistake that I made, I notified customer service and they called me within a couple of days asking how they could help. I found my mistake, notified them again and everything worked out fine. I am a 79 year old retired woman and need to save as much money as possible and still get good ink for my printer, so I will definitely order from The Superstore again."

"I have been very happy with the service and product quality that SuperMediaStore has provided over the years. I regularly peruse their emailed ads, and whenever I have found something that I need (or THINK I need ;-) ), or with a price that I just can't refuse, I feel confident that if I order it, I will be happy with the results. Shipping is generally very fast. I can't talk to their returns service, as I have never had occasion to use it. Whenever I am in the market for USB memory devices, or for optical disc storage products, one of my first stops online is SuperMediaStore."

"I've ordered media supplies from SuperMedia Store for years, but I've never actually ordered equipment. I wish I could say that it went well -- it did not. My experience was terrible. I ordered a duplicator that I needed by the end of the week. I ordered on Monday and paid for 3 Day Select shipping. The next day, I received an email saying that because the item was over $500 and I selected an express shipping method, my order was held and that I would need to verify my purchase over the phone. I immediately called their 800 number only to wait on hold for more than 30 minutes.

Once the information was verified, I explained that I needed the item by the end of the week which was the reason I requested express shipping and I was assured that it would still make it. Unfortunately, the sales rep was wrong. The item didn't even ship until the end of the week and it arrived on Monday of the next week.

Ultimate irony...had I simply used regular shipping, it would have arrived SOONER because the order would not have been held for verification.

I received no credit for my additional shipping costs. I have since placed all my additional orders from another source. DO NOT use SuperMedia Store if you do anything time critical.

UPDATE: In response to SuperMediaStore's response, I would like to point out that they actually made my point. I am well aware of additional lead time on the product I ordered. If they had not held the product for an extra day, I would have received it on Friday exactly as I expected (Order on Monday with 2 day lead time plus 3 day shipping = arrive on Friday). They held it because it was a "rush" order over $500. They considered it rush because I used 3 day select. When I called to release the hold, I asked the rep to confirm that I WOULD STILL BE ON SCHEDULE FOR FRIDAY DELIVERY and SHE ANSWERED YES! That is the problem so my suggestion to SuperMediaStore is that a simple apology and a refund of the express delivery fee would go a long way to restoring the faith of the customer. I'm not some crazy unreasonable customer who wants $100 off and free CDs for life. I would like a refund of the $17.37 extra I paid to get it by Friday."
