After considerable and unnecessary effort to confirm my order, the hold released. However, as this took a few days to do, the 3 day shipping I ordered would not get the product to arrive on time. Tested the one that works with H2testw and it only writes at 7 MByte\/s. Called their \u0022Customer Service\u0022 line twice and talked to an Indian woman named Angeline. She initially tells me that my return was in transit, but after I told her I just got an email from SMS stating that it was received and processed, she then decided she was going to do her job. I told her I didn\u0027t want a replacement but a return because the card doesn\u0027t live up to the Class 10 billing. I explained that it\u0027s suppose to write at a MINIMUM of 10 MByte\/s if it\u0027s a Class 10. She then claims that class 10 means it\u0027s a MAXIMUM write of 10 MByte\/s and NOT the MINIMUM. And then she goes on that the card I sent back works fine....yes the SAME card that she told me 3 minutes ago that was still in transit!!!! The product specifications indicated clearly in two location that the toner the I order was \u0022By Samsung\u0022 and Brand Name \u0022Samsung\u0022 however I received a generic toner. I noted that the same entity also sold clearly marked generic toners that were marked as \u0022By Generic\u0022 for a lesser price. I requested they send the correct OEM toner and provide S&H to return this one, denied. I requested a price match with the generic toner, denied. I requested an RMA to return this item and they simply cover the S&H due to the misleading listing, denied. "Every item I purchased said "IN STOCK" after i pay for my items. My receipt shows where i was charged for every item. Then When the items ship there was an item left out. I sent the company an email requesting information about the missing item. And i get a reply that the item is on back order with no estimated time of arrival. but the company still shows that it is in stock. Beware of this company. Will never do business with them again."
