I ordered Lexmark 70 (12A1970)Black Remanufactured
Inkjet/Ink Cartridge for Lexmark X63, X73, X83
Inkjet Printers.
I thought I was saving money over the OEM cartridges but ended up wasting money because they don't work! These cartridges produced very bad, illegible copies. I would recommend original printer products from now on.

This was my second purchase from Supermediastore. In each case, the order was shipped promptly and the quality was as advertised. I rate my experience with Supermediastore as excellent.

My order was originally shipped on 01/05/10 on 01/11/10 do to a mistake by UPS my order wasn't delivered and was returned to sender Supermediastore. I called by UPS and supermediastore to find out the trouble and to fix it. UPS admitted the problem and said the shipping fee would be refunded to the shipper (supermediastore). Supermediastore said the would reship the order the day it is received back. I asked for the same order to be cross shipped so I wouldn't have to wait the time for the shipment to be returned but they refused. Why, I couldn't really understand since I never had a chance to do anything to the order. Supermediastore revieved the order back at 10:29AM on 01/15/10. Doing a online chat with Kris from Supermediastore I was assured it would shipped on 01/18/10 But wasn't reshipped back to me until 01/19/10 and I didn't receive it until 01/25/10 3 weeks after I place the order. Cross shipping what I ordered would have made me happy and saved me an extra week of waiting. Or offer a discount for a future order. UPS refunded the shipping fee so the only one out was me having to wait almost a month. If you are in a hurry you may want to order elsewhere.

We certainly apologize for any inconvenience. Our company uses Environmental Friendly Packing Material. Our peanuts are made from cornstarch,which is biodegradable. Whenever the packing peanuts are wet, they will start to become sticky before they dissolve. Therefore, weather condition must have caused the package to become wet during transit. SuperMediaStore did a great job in getting the package to me quickly and in good condition. I purchased a pack of inkjet cartridges for my Epson R200 printer. This is probably the last batch that I will buy as the printer itself has really degraded over the years. The quality of color prints are not 100%, and the cartridges run out quick even though I hardly use it. Not a problem with SuperMediaStore, but I will eventually move to laser printers since I mostly need B&W prints.

I have been using Supermediastore for several years and I have always found them to be prompt with their deliveries. This last time I ordered on-line, their shopping cart seemed to be more user-friendly. I have used customer service and they were easy to work with. I appreciate their store and service. Edit: The company made thing right(refunded return shipping for a defective merchandise) after initially handling the situation poorly. But my initial review my still be valid as to the company's policy of not paying for return shipping even for defective merchandise, in this case a re-manufacture toner even though the toner policy states its risk free. Tried to order a special earlier, but their system did not recognize my email. I sent an email to customer service, but did not get a reply. No reply on phone call either. Products are reasonably priced and ship promptly when order goes thru. They need a good class on CRM.
