Superfi have no consideration for their customers once they have completed the transaction and the goods have been delivered.
I tried to obtain a repair or a replacement of a product which developed a fault 3 weeks outside of the 28 day warranty – Boston Acoustic Speakers – purchased 10/06/2010, faulty 29/07/2010.
I returned the speakers to Superfi only to be told the repair would cost £160 more than the original purchase price of £320???
I had no recourse having been caught between Superfi and the repair agent (Boston Acoustics) who stated the fault was caused by me and therefore they were unwilling to provide any support - the product was 7 weeks old.
Superfi offered no support and no options. I have lost £320 and have nowhere to turn. Having had my fingers very badly burned by this company I would recommend that you DO NOT USE Superfi as a reseller.
