Outward Registered Status from Hong Kong Post only updated the delivery status as:-
Destination - France
The item (RT107720910HK) left Hong Kong for its destination on 27-Jun-2011
Kindly note we haven't received any return from postal service.
As our usual practice, for any return parcel bounced back, we will send a notification to our Customer to see if he/she prefers refund or parcel resend with postage charge. Hope this ease your concern as we aim at serving our Customer straight from Customer's angle.
As from your message, you advised that you were not at home while parcel despatched. You should have received a note from Choronopost to collect from your nearby post office.

We are writing to make an apology of the order non-delivery. Upon hearing from you of your case, we have been working closely with HK Post for parcel tracing. On 8 March 2011, Choronpost confirmed that they lost the parcel and will be carrying out parcel loss compensation with us. We have brought your case to our Management Team for parcel re-arrangement request which will be announced later today.
