"I was a bit hesitant to order as I worry about shill reviews when a store has just a handful of reviews. I placed my order for a Mack warranty (they had the lowest price I could find on the web, by about $25), and got a phone call just a few minutes later. I usually don't like that, but in this case it was legitimate. The caller admitted they'd never sold a warranty by itself before (only with a camera purchase) and just wanted to let me know that they were going to ask Mack to make sure it was ok. He was very un-NY like (sorry, don’t mean to generalize, but often NY’ers are very rushed and abrupt), and seemed to genuinely want to be helpful. He called back about an hour later, after receiving a call back from Mack, and said he had verified it was fine and would send the info later in the day. (This was an electronic version of the warranty instead of paper, but still fully transferrable).

So it was a very good experience and I wouldn’t hesitate (next time) to order again."

"I recently purchased a Sigma 10mm f2.8 fisheye lens from SuperDigitalCity.com Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Stan even accommodated a special shipping request. The lens arrived quickly in great shape.
Even better was the service after the sale. The lens had a noticeable front-focusing error that is fairly common on Sigma lenses. Stan helped me get straight through to the service tech folks at Sigma. They quickly identified the issues, fixed them, and shipped the unit back to me in a hurry.
The lens is built like a tank, focuses quickly, and produces some spectacular images - fisheye lenses are surprisingly useful - if you have one you will use it.
Good price, good service, good product, what's not to like?"

"After purchasing the Sigma 800mm telephoto from SuperDigitalCity, it was the personal attention given to me by Stan that convinced me to continue to invest in more equipment with SDC. Stan knew that I would need serious support to get quality results with a behemoth lens like the Sigma 800mm. He showed me several options and I decided on the Induro GHB2 Gimbal head.

And what a great choice! Right out of the box I could see and feel the excellent build quality. I immediately put it into action and it is extremely simple to use! "I ordered a Benro tripod from SuperDigitalCity on 7/18/11. Shipment was processed and shipped very quickly. Item arrived just as described from the seller.

Price shopping, I've found that SuperDigitalCity had one of the lowest price on the net.

I did have a manufacture defective product by Benro(NO fault for SuperDigitalCity). The tripod center rubber at the end of the column was rubbed onto the carbon fiber legs thus creating a noticeable fade on the carbon fiber legs.

SuperDigitalCity customer service was TOP NOTCH. Communication was excellent and the exchange process was smooth. I highly recommend SuperDigitalCity."

"Fantastic company to deal with! Knowledgeable about the products they carry, as well as competitive models, and very helpful. The service and customer care was more than expected, and the price was the best I could find ANYWHERE. If they carry what you're looking for, give them a shot! I've worked retail (jewelry) for 20yrs, and price without customer service is always a bad choice- so take my advice, get both from these guys."

"As a "super-hobbiest" in photography, I am always a little cautious about buying new equipment, as it is not a cheap hobby. Thankfully SuperDigitalCity has partnered up with LensRentals.com to do a try before you buy program. Rent a lens for one week, and if you like it SuperDigitalCity will discount your purchase for up to 1 week of your rental!

I was able to play around with my fisheye lens for a week, which is good because i wasn't too sure i would enjoy looking thru a fisheye. After the second day with it i was totally in love with it, and ran off to buy it at SuperDigitalCity.

Customer service is excellent, and it is only a matter of time before i will need to make another purchase from them."
