When the superbright site couldn\u0027t find me, I called their 800 number, got a young gentleman nearly immediately, made the order and \u2014 presto \u2014 done. Then \u2014 since I wasn\u0027t in a rush \u2014 I had it mailed via the USPS, my particular branch of which couldn\u0027t find their workplace, never mind my PO Box. Nonetheless, the product arrived (along with two other packages that didn\u0027t belong to me (but made me happy) waaaaay faster than I thought it would. "GREAT products and customer service!
I ordered 4 superbright candelabra based lights for our ceiling fan lights. The lights arrived in just 3 days and when we installed them 3 worked and one was dead on arrival (DOA). I sent an email to customer service and was informed withing a few hours, that a replacement light and a prepaid return label included for the defective unit had been shipped. I received the replacement along with return, prepaid label. Obviously Super Bright LEDs understands and practices REAL customer support. I will continue to purchase my LED lighting items from them!"
