They do not answer corespondence in a timely fashion. Forget about 24hrs as they claim. And if you need to make an adjustment on your order, forget that too. They advertise on their site that they will answer withing 24hrs, and that is a lie. I had written these bums 3 emails to correct my order, immediately after placing it, and I received a pat email response 48hours later stating that my order was already processed and nothing could be done with my order. This must be a form email, as I received the exact worded email twice. They also advertise an email address for questions, tracking of your order and if any adjustments need to be made to your order. That is a complete farce, as I have stated, I sent the email directly after placing the order to attempt to adjust the order. The response came > 48hrs after I wrote them. I am still waiting for my original order that I placed 4\/25\/12 and it is 5\/7\/12. This company is a rip off and will never get another dime from me. They use alot of different company names, we bought from \u0022Quality 7\u0022 Through amazon, but trust me, these people are the exact same. We got a package, with labels ripped from another package, and taped to the package we got. We recieved two arabic magazines. I tracked down the guy who has a return address posted on the package, and called him. He Sold the book on Half.com. He sold the book two a buyer named \u0022Milde4\u0022. to Georgia. Through research, from Georgia, the book went to Egypt, then to our residence. They offered us a \u0022Partial refund\u0022, which we said \u0022No, we want the full refund\u0022 And were told to send the magazines back. Through the emails it is easy to see that English is not their first language. We need to come together, and shut these guys down. I am continuously looking for more aliases as buyers\/sellers. I emailed twice last week and received no response until I contacted Barnes and Noble customer service (I ordered from SBD through B&Ns website). Then SBD emailed (like a week after I emailed them) saying it hadn\u0027t shipped until the 14th and I had to wait 4-14 days before they would offer a refund or ship another. The Postal Service website says Media Mail (how it was shipped, no tracking number, of COURSE) only takes 2-8 days! What\u0027s the hold-up, Super Book Deals? This company SUCKS! I doubt I will ever receive my calendar OR a refund, after reading everyone else\u0027s reviews. Sent another email to Superbookdeals letting them know I had contacted my bank....and WOW recieved an email, please verify your address, my response...if you haven\u0027t already sent the books I can\u0027t wait 3 more weeks. Another email from them saying it takes 20 business days to ship, well today was 21st business day...still no books!!! I have put a sign up @ my university telling the other 5000 students to not deal with this company!!! "I ordered two books at the same time. The shipping was $7.98 for 4-14 business day shipping. I finally received the last book, almost an entire month later. The customer service department there is not in the business of getting your satisfaction, either. After several emails to them, they finally replied once I got the book with a "The order says it has just arrived to you," and completely neglected the order date. Also, the book in question was listed as brand new, which it obviously isn't since it has noticeable wear and damage. They offered me a refund, if I ship it out at my own expense and wait another month or two for the refund. Horrible service."
