"Horrible Experience! They never shipped my item, or if they did ship it they never told me. Eventually they told me the item was shipped to an address in Illinois, not my address in Washington State, and that the item was being returned to the sender. They never told me who shipped the item, and why I won't be refunded the cost of shipping. Horrible Horrible company to do business with."

"On the 16th of december I've ordered a book through superbookdeals, and I'm still waiting for it. The order cannot be found at bookorderstatus.com, the money has not been banked, and although I live in Israel, waiting 29 business days and still no delivery is a rediculous situation. I've written some mails to customer service, but all I get is standard mails, no-one inquires into my case. needless to say I'm not happy."
"The book I ordered through them was not in stock. I received a refund of the book (I'd ordered through Amazon), but still have not received the postage I paid for the order, which did not ship. Multiple emails later to both Super Book Deals and Amazon, and STILL no refund 5 months later, even though Super Book Deals did advise me early on that they would refund. Amazon have been helpful, but can't force Super Book Deals to refund. Very unhappy about this, as it amounts to nothing more than theft from a customer! "
"I had a terrible experience w/ them. I got re-directed by barnes and noble to this company. I ordered a book for Christmas on Dec 9th. It's still not here on Dec 29th. I will never use them or barnes and noble again."
"We ordered a book for one of my daughter's college classes and it didn't come for several weeks, way past the date it was supposed to be here by. We emailed back and forth with SuperBookDeals and they were full of excuses and "not-our-fault" statements. It was clear they rarely even bothered to read our complaints and just sent back standard replies. We finally received the book and by then we no longer needed it and sent it back. It took threats from out credit card company to get them to send our money back and I still had to pay shipping when none of it was our fault."

"Oh Holy Cow! DO NOT USE THESE FOLKS! Placed my order two weeks ago for a single book and it still hasn't arrived, going from Indiana (where they are located) to right next door in Ohio. Contacted "customer service" and they said it was shipped out almost 10 days after I placed the order. I order a ton of books over the internet and have NEVER had a supplier take 10 days to even fulfill an order...this place is ridiculous. Save your time, money, and aggravation and order from companies who give a darn about customer service!"
"I join the chorus: stay away from Super Book Deals! I ordered a book and never received it. By the way, I've been ordering books on line since 1995 and never had any problem before. They don't provide tracking or confirmation number. They don't have a real customer service but an automatic and useless reply form. Buy your books anywhere else. "
"STAY AWAY!!! They are operating under the seller name of GreatBookPrices on Half.com. They have zero customer service skills. You can't contact them through half.com, because they will refer you to their SuperBookDeals website, where you choose from lists of information to send a formulaic request (no chance for actual communication), and they promise (lie) to contact you in 24 hours. My book never arrived, and it was for a class. They actually expected me to wait a month to see if the book arrived. When I read reviews about them not refunding in full, I filed a claim with half.com, who reimbursed me immediately. They are a scam. Do not get involved with them. They don't know how to run a business."
"This is a horrible company ran by an incompetent and heartless COO demon by the name of B. Blake. I worked for her for 7 months only to be let go after I stood up for myself after consistently being made to think that the job I was doing was not good enough despite me putting in long hours and being completely dedicated to them. They talk down to you and if you don't take there mistreatment and stand up for yourself, you end up like me, unemployed but it's all good, I'm covered! They run on the most limited customer service staff possible in order to feel their filthy greedy pockets. They will use you until you are all used up and will treat you like crap once they do not need you anymore. They do not listen to employee feedback and think they have all the answers. Absolutely horrible management from the bottom to the top. The only one I could stand was the CEO and his son! I am so glad to be out of that sweat shop hell hole! Do not work for them or buy books from them."
"I received the book that I ordered for my granddaughter this morning. It arrived in perfect condition, and it did arrive in the time frame that the seller predicted. My only complaint with this seller is the slow shipping time. It took three weeks to get a child's paperback book. However, the price of the book was very good."
"I ordered two books at the same time. The shipping was $7.98 for 4-14 business day shipping. I finally received the last book, almost an entire month later. The customer service department there is not in the business of getting your satisfaction, either. After several emails to them, they finally replied once I got the book with a "The order says it has just arrived to you," and completely neglected the order date. Also, the book in question was listed as brand new, which it obviously isn't since it has noticeable wear and damage. They offered me a refund, if I ship it out at my own expense and wait another month or two for the refund. Horrible service."
"Be WARNED! AVOID this Book site. They are anything but SuperBookDeals. Their customer service is the worst nightmare. They do not answer corespondence in a timely fashion. Forget about 24hrs as they claim. And if you need to make an adjustment on your order, forget that too. They advertise on their site that they will answer withing 24hrs, and that is a lie. I had written these bums 3 emails to correct my order, immediately after placing it, and I received a pat email response 48hours later stating that my order was already processed and nothing could be done with my order. This must be a form email, as I received the exact worded email twice. They also advertise an email address for questions, tracking of your order and if any adjustments need to be made to your order. That is a complete farce, as I have stated, I sent the email directly after placing the order to attempt to adjust the order. The response came > 48hrs after I wrote them. I am still waiting for my original order that I placed 4/25/12 and it is 5/7/12. This company is a rip off and will never get another dime from me. Buyers beware!!!!"
