"I was surprised when I realized that the product I ordered required shipping from Hong Kong. I thought I had purchased the item from a merchant here in the USA. I became concerned after reading the few reviews that are available about this company, but I am happy to report that my order arrived 10 days from the purchase date. And it works perfectly. I wish the company continued success. Thank you for the excellent service.

"I purchased a toothpaste dispenser from Suntekstore, which turned out to be a Touch-N-Brush.
It took ten days for the item to arrive, using the free shipping option, and it arrived without damage.

I am very satisfied with the product, and would order again from Suntekstore.

"I saw that Suntek had some good ratings, and at least made an attempt to respond to poor ratings, so I gave them a shot.

I needed an electronic component to fix an ipod. I'm in the tech industry, so I know that the part should not cost more than $5. Most sellers listed this part for $30, except for the more "shady" sellers offering it at $20. Then I found Suntek. I understood that they are shipping from Hong-Kong so it would take a little longer to get...but the price was right at under $5. I gave them a shot.

I ordered the part on 3/15 and got a fast confirmation.
They said it would likely arrive 3/22 to 4/1. It arrived on 3/24, the 9th business day (and on the earlier side of the anticipated ship window). The part was genuine, working, and packed carefully.

My experience was certainly 5 stars, and I'm ordering more parts from them today."

"Ordered a hiking stick (trekking pole). Paid $6.45 with their coupon code which I found at slickdeals.net. What a deal and it was free shipping. The confirmation email stated that it would take 7-15 business days for delivery so I was more than impressed when it arrived exactly a week later. The hiking stick came in a large padded envelope instead of a proper tube-box, but I don't really care as long as the item arrive in good condition. No comments about customer service because I do not need to contact them. 2 thumbs up for price and shipping time. I recommend this store and I will be getting other camping stuff from them."

"Ordered 3 products (Camera mount for bike handlebar, Chainstay Protector, and money clip) on Apr 5 and received them Apr 20. Products matched their descriptions. E-mail receipts came from customer_service@websecuremail.com rather than suntekstore.com and received an ad to join their facebook from suntekstore.customer.care@gmail.com--a little unprofessional, but the price was right. The products are higher than expected quality, considering the price. I had the camera mount break on me, e-mailed them regarding the break with video proof and got offered a partial refund without sending it back (my camera got scratched up a bit, but I don't expect them to cover that). I followed directions on the e-mail to dispute the ticket and got a full refund (confirmed in my bank statement) and just tossed the broken camera mount in the trash."

"Suntekstore.com is one of the best online free shipping store I've come across. This store has an amazing range of products. I must have placed atleast 15 orders in the last 8 months and have been a satisfied customer. Customer Service is excellent and I've always received a prompt reply to my queries many a times even after office hours. Though on a couple of occasions the item received was not ok, the customer service staff resolved the issues to my satisfaction. I am surely going to buy many more products from this store and make a strong recommendation about this store. The very fact that the rating has gone up from 3.0 to 9.0 in the six months speaks volumes about the dedication and politeness of the staff. It won't be long before the rating goes up to 10.0

"Customer service is very good, items are slow to arrive 7-14 days but it is to be expected when coming from China. Everything was packed well and items were in perfect condition. I would certainly do business with them again."
