"I placed an order over 2 months ago. I wrote several times to find out what the status of my items were. I only received emails saying that it was shipped. After a month, the replies stated that they may have been stolen or misplaced. I asked for a tracking number but none could be given.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. "

"worst online store i have used. there not scammers just a bad business. i ordered my items. says they send out within 24hrs. 3 days later no conf email. so i wrote. they said its out of stock. will be in 2 days. so i waited patiently. they wrote said the items where back in stock. 2 more days later. still no conf.ship email. so i write again. they said it has been shipped. i should get my confer email in a day. another 2 day no email. i write again they said they have to test them before they ship for my welfare. to make sure everything works. so they never sent them after telling me they did. finally 11 days later they sent them. not one response saying we are sorry or how can we make it right. no a discount not even a offering to send it express. to make up for the time lost. bad company. i will not buy from again. liers.. "

"My second order
I felt I was unlucky with my first Suntek order which took 37 days to arrive, but as you have some excellent products I thought I would place a second order hoping it would arrive resonably promptly. Unfortunately after 15 days still no sign of my order. I have had all most of orders from Deal Extreme and other Far East companies with in a week or just over. This time I was expecting better service and haven't even had a proper order despatched notification.

"The delivery process was fast and iformative. The prices seems to match well to other Chinese / HK sellers while there are some exclusive items you can find in SuntekStore as great buys, especially after discounts. The amount asked for registered shipping is minimal and tracking number is supplied almost instantly. "

"I am very satisfied with Suntekstore and I am especially impressed with their willingness to right any wrongs.

When my order arrived a week and a half ago one item was broken. As soon as I had complained about that through email they sent out a new item without any fuss or further cost to me. A week later I have a new working item.

I am very happy with Suntekstore and will definitely shop their again.
