posted Feb-05-2012![Share ryanl2607 review](javascript:share_rating({"review_body":"i ordered some parts for a helicopter the beginning of the year. i payed for the fastest delivery possible and three weeks later nothings recieved, iv emailed suntek as the tracking number they sent me in the conformation email wouldnt work. they then sent a replacement tracking number which again didnt work, then after another email they re-sent the original tracking number...again it doesnt work. eventually they directed me to www.hongkongpost.com with a new trcking order.....which again didnt work. luckily the order wasn\u0027t for to much money and i\u0027v resigned myself after seeing all the other bad reiews that i probably won\u0027t be seeing my package, the last i knew the order had been dispatched on the 10th of jan and should of been here at the 20th latest, they don\u0027t seem to be replying to my emails at all now. so i guess this site is a scam site or if not very very poor at customer relations someone should probably contact watchdog. "ST2012013080199 Order date: 01/30/2012 but 02/06/2012 is "unshipped" status. It`s a not very fast and not very goot work IMHO. I`m know other chinese online stores, which work faster (1-3 days for processing and about 2 weeks for delivery), so..."
