"I ordered a part and have been left in the lurch for months. I finally got a confirmation if shipping from "Frank" however the item has not arrived, and again my emails go unanswered. It is very easy to provide great customer service, communicate! Sunrise seems to choose not to do this at all.
Please look elsewhere, others have to communicate better than this. "
"they actually little bit messed up my order (sent a wrong bike chain OnGuard 5018 instead of 5018L), did not quite grasp quickly there was any problem, and the communication was not very fast. But after all they realized their mistake and did their best to settle it down, sent a correct replacement and my cc was not charged for the product at all, I paid only the restocking fee and shipping. Thanks!"
