"Stay away do not trust this store!!!!! I placed an order for $500 worth or sporting goods on May 20th and it is now June 6th. Yes UPS mess up and sent the package back. Now it has been sitting back at Sunny Sport for over a week!!!!!! Everytime I call they tell me it will ship that day, I really hate to be lied to for over a week. If didn't ship today, I am filling a complaint with the BBB and contacting NY Attorney General's Office Internet On-line Complaint form AND THEN THEY CAN DEAL WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM CALLING EVERYDAY SUNNY SPORTS--- I WANT MY PACKAGE OR MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE SHOPPERS"

"This has been the worst company I have EVER done business with online. I placed two orders with Sunny Sports. One arrived without issue. The other never showed up. I e-mailed customer service, and they happened to be out for three days for Shavout. The day they were supposed to back in the office, they left early, so by the time business starts on the West Coast, they were long gone. No one ever got back to me. I finally tracked someone down the following week, and they were unhelpful, difficult to understand, and condescending. The CSR promised she would get back to me and never did. I've called several times, spoken to different people, and gotten the same response.

After nearly three weeks of the run around, I still don't have my item or a refund. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! When something goes wrong, they will not fix it."

“We are very sorry that this customer had a bad experience with their order. However, UPS lost this package, thus the package was not delivered. The customer then placed a claim with Amazon for this lost package. Once an Amazon claim is made, the decision to issue a refund is made through Amazon, and not through our company. We have confirmed with Amazon that the customer’s money has been refunded by Amazon in full.

We do feel badly about this lost package but things do get lost even with the best shippers.”

"What a nightmare - DO NOT buy from this company.

I ordered hiking poles. They arrived completely rusty. They had obviously been in a flood, and the damage was apparent.

I returned the poles to the company and they refunded me for the poles (after I waited 2 weeks), but not for the original shipping charge I had paid!! WTF. I've disputed this charge and will eventually get the credit, but Sunnysports has caused me a huge hassle in the meantime.

Save your sanity and DON'T shop with this company."

"Couldn't be any happier with Sunny Sports. I ordered a North Face Womens' Osito Jacket in Mojita Green; could not find it anywhere in that color and saved over $40.00 with them. Great pricing and very quick shipping; I received the jacket 2 days after I ordered it. Very pleased with this site and would definately buy from them again. "

"Great service, great prices. The only problem I had was when I got a confirmation of my order and linked to the tracking number it went to UPS and it said my tracking # was not available even three days later. I finally called Sunny Sports customer service and they said it had just been delivered to my buillding by USPS and not UPS! Not sure what went wrong there but otherwise it was a pleasant and quick service. "

"I ordered a jacket at an outstanding price from Sunny Sports. Received the jacket quickly. Upon getting it is was defective. Not a problem necessarily with Sunny Sports, it was not their brand (that will come later). Called customer service, they were extremely helpful. I received a return shipping label and off it went for a replacement. A week and a half later I had not heard anything. I called. Talked to someone in customer service that was not so helpful. She tells me that the item is discontinued. We go back and forth as to why I was not told this, etc. She was condescending, cut me off in mid sentence, difficult to understand, etc. I told her I wanted a refund, not a store credit. She said is should be processed by that Friday. I call back on Monday and I speak to the same person (lucky me, not) and I have a store credit, not a refund as I requested. Now it will take another 5 days for a refund to be issued. I ask to talk to a supervisor, they are all busy. But will have one call me back. We shall see. In the meantime I get a generic email from the president of the company (Leo Kline) asking for feedback. We can write him "day or night" says the email. Sure we can when they do not respond, and who knows if they even read it. I wrote back to him explained my situation and the difficulties I have had. No response. Price of the product was too good to be true. They have my money, I have nothing... but hassle and the run-around. Good luck to anyone else that uses this company.

PART TWO- I called back for a third time, unfortunately got the same customer service rep. I asked for their supervisor. Supervisor was busy, but would call me back. This is where the situation finally improves. I returned the supervisors call. By the time we got connected, she has refunded my credit card. She listened to my complaints and concerns without interrupting me. I also received some compensation for my time and frustration. Moral of the story is go to the supervisor if you feel you are not being heard or being treated unfairly. Have I heard back from the president of the company (after he sent an email asking for feedback)... No."
