Actually our system was designed to send confirmation emails as soon as the orders were placed. Sometimes we got rejected emails due to the incorrect email address that customer provided. Sometimes our emails were directed to the trash cans due to customer's set up for preventing spam emails. Beside the receipt emails, customers will also receive an email confirmation with tracking numbers after the order shipped.

"At first I was a bit hesitant to order a case from SunDial Micro because I could tell from their website that they were a smallish company. However, I had checked around and they were offering the best price so I went ahead and did it. Later that day, I got a call from them saying that my shipping address didn't match my billing address for my credit card.
If that had happened with a large company, I would have never gotten a call, I would have just got a notice that my order had been cancelled and I would have had to place the order again. Instead, I was able to call my bank and get my address settled and then call SunDial back. My order was placed that day.
