My order shipped the day after I ordered it and arrived in good shape. I was missing a portion of the order but my e-mail enqury was promptly responded to (by telephone) and the missing part was delivered soon afterwards.
Great service with no hassles!

I was impressed by the extremely high reviews of this on line store and I was not disappointed. You
will get your money's worth in shipping and handling - very responsive service. The prodcut is great, too. (Fushion HD receiver). I have put them at the
top of my preferred supplier list.

Ordered the Silverstone TJ10 case on Friday and received it in excellent condition on Monday. Very impressed with Sundial Micro and will do business with them again. Thank you Sundial for taking care of me.

Ordered on Thursday, arrived on Tuesday. Reasonable. Package arrived well boxed and in perfect condition.
Only (minor) quibble is that after the initial order confirmation, no shipping email was sent (at least, I never received one). After a several days, I went to the site and logged in to find out that it had been shipped.
I would also like to comment on the feedback here on ResellerRatings. Please excuse a little rant:
Before ordering, I scanned the feedback; especially the negative feedback. And I am impressed by not only the positive reviews, but by Sundial Micro's handling of the negative ones. All to often, I see merchant responses to negative reviews that are petty and mean-spirited. Which leads me to infer that if I ordered from that merchant and happened to have a problem, I would likely be treated poorly. Sundial Micro has, for the most part, responded to negative reviews with professionalism and respect.
Kudos to the staff of Sundial Micro - it's not always easy to deal with dissatisfied customers; and do so without being negative and petty. Many merchants would do well to learn this lesson.

Thank you for this informational review and the positive feedback. Normally, customers would receive at least two emails from us after the order was placed. First one would be the order confirmation and last one would be the shipping confirmation with tracking number. Those two emails were set to send out automatically from our system. We truly truly apologize that for some reason you did not receive the tracking number email from us. The tracking number is also posted on the website so customers can always login to their accounts for order status and tracking information in case if the email confirmations sent from our system did not received by customers.

I am please with Sundial Micro. There staff is treat me as a customer in special way. There customer dept. to me is the best in the merchant world. All my e-mail have replied promptly and they follow up with the order every step of the way.
This order I have to return because I have mistaken with the machine specification, but Sundial Micro has helped me thru the return process smoothly.
Sundial Micro want to sell there merchandises, but also want to please there customer.
I want to thank all Sundial Micro’s members.

Very kind people and very fast answers.
I bought from Spain and they shipped my item as fast as they could.
It took a while due to spanish customs, but worth it!

Purchased an item and the manufacture had the specifications wrong, Sundialmicro investigated the issue, found I was right in my assessment, and issues a RMA in 24 hours. Promptly refunded my paypal on reciept of my item back. Good Store.
