They had the best price by far for this product. The very next day they emailed me that they couldn\u0027t sell it at that price. I didn\u0027t see the email, but within 1\/2 hour they wrote me back ans apologized and said the they of course would honor that price and ship the package that day. They even called me and left a VM to that effect. WOW, I am impressed by that level of concern for customer service. Of course I\u0027m happy that they sold me the product at the advertised price, but more importantly, they really worked fast to correct a mistake that they made. The product arrived in good condition and very fast. I would not hesitate to do business with Sundial Micro in the future. I gave my order number and she gave me my answer. Usually at other places I would have to wait forever for someone to answer then ask my question to five incompetent people before getting a politician answer.
