"I ordered a complete DVD collection from the following seller. When I reviewed the disks, I noticed that a couple of the disks were defective. I contacted the seller, sent the defective disks back to the seller, and received the replacement disks. One of the replacement disks worked fine, the other did not. When I contacted the seller again, the basic response that I got was that it must be the machine that I was using was defective. All the other disks that I played worked fine and I can play all other normal DVDs just fine. How could only one disk in a set be defective?Well, I just want to warn anyone who is thinking about purchasing DVDs from this seller that they may receive defective DVDs that may not play in the their machine and if they try to get replacements for the defective DVDs, those replacements may be defective as well."

"Sundevil dvd.com have finally contacted me. they refunded my money and sent me the item i ordered.They aplogized for not contacing me and sent me my Initail D in great quality. I am happy but it sure did take a long time. I sent them copies of my order through the mail and emailed them constantly. I like the dvd's they send. The dvd's seem bootleg but the picture and sound qualities are awesome. I am an anime collector, to me, the prices arre really great for what you get. I have ordered 5 boxsets so far and all have been a great deal. I am happy but they need to fix their customer service communication better. I am going to continue to buy from them."
"I've made one order with this company and I believe it will be my last. I ordered two items, one being a movie. The movie ended up being a bootleg copy with subtitles that didn't make any sense. I was shocked. The other item I bought was a cosplay item and it was in good condition and well worth the price I paid. Now for the shipping charges, I paid $16.88 for second day delivery UPS and ordered the items on Monday morning. The items didn't show up until the following Monday and the movie and the cosplay item was wrapped around newspaper from a week ago and stuffed into a manilla envelope! I'm trying to get the shipping charges back, but they are not responding to my emails or from the forms I submitted from their homepage. Also, there is no phone number to contact them. I'm not worried about the $10 bootleg disc as much as the $16.88 I spent on extremely late shipping."
"I was very satisfied with my two past transactions with this company (once through ebay, once through the actual website itself).The items I recieved were of very good quality and reasonably priced.As for my experience with their Customer Service department, I've had the best experience with their CS department one can possibly have -- none at all. No problems, so no reason to contact."
