"The staff is courteous and helpful, but not in-your-face eager to assist me. They have decent product knowledge. I don't hesitate to recommend to friends and relatives for their computer related purchases. "

"This company has no fear of static, All static bags are sliced with a razor (sometimes marking the contents) their price tags are placed on the physical objects not the static bag, Motherboard boxes are opened by any customer who is then allowed to remove the boards from the static bag and play with them, Driver CD's are not always returned to the boxes that they came from nor verified before they are sold. The foam that protects the pins of the motherboard is not always there or under the board.

I had someone pick up a board from here, (they weren't that computer literate) and the board had no driver CD, the static bag was opened multiple times, the foam was just laying at the bottom of the box (not really protecting anything) and the bag was cut also. and they charged her 10$ more then the price shown on their site for the past month.

I would not buy anything from here that can be affected by static, The response I received regarding this was that they like the customers being able to touch static sensitive parts. but not just a display model, the ones that anyone buys. (they don't touch the display models)

Good prices on some stuff, but not worth the potential headache."
