"Placed an order on 10/16/2008 in the evening and on the final submit with my credit card number received an error message that said "this account is not active contact Tech Support", however there was no phone number or email address. Called the 888 number the next day, and was told someone would get back to me. Called twice more and was told the same thing. Also emailed the company via the web site, it's been 10 days and no response from anyone. "
