"If it wasnt the fact they are the only ones selling the software I needed, I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole. If all goes well, fine, if it goes wrong 'best of luck'.I'd give them 0/5 stars if I could.'Customer care', they dont."

"I purchased a commercial license for ZBrush 4R5 and selected the download option and, after paying, I was expecting an email with a link to the software. When that didn't happen, I called Studica and was told that because their system primarily handles academic licenses, the processing time for the order is generally a bit longer; the processing time can be up to 48hrs. This is clearly stated on their website and stated in the order confirmation email, but I assumed it only applied to orders that require proof of academic status. My bad.

The agent I spoke with was friendly, clear, and helpful; she sent my order off for immediate processing and indicated that I should receive a link to the download within 24hrs. After speaking with the agent, I received an email a few minutes later showing that my order is now marked as "allocated."

Great customer service and excellent pricing. "

"I placed an order with them. Heard nothing. Eventually they told me it was out of stock. I have emailed them several times since and NO answer. Still waiting after weeks and I have no idea if order has been lost or if I will ever get the software......."

"I ordered Microsoft Office University 2010, it arrived it a reasonable amount of time. I promptly opened it and began the validation process. I am a full time college student and a Univeristy with a valid university email address... The email was received at my school email with a link to click to validate and it indicated I did not pass validation. I clicked the button to contact Microsoft, the rep there provided to different Validation codes (rather than validating through school email) both failed. The Microsoft rep then indicated the pin that I was sent was already validated to another user. I called Studica and there was not a customer service rep to speak with at that time. I left a message on a machine with contact information...
Update: Contacted Customer Service this morning and without complaint they are shipping another out and had already sent an email prior to my calling. That's great customer service! Although there was a mix up they are willing to resolve the situation :)
Update 2: New product received and Validation is completed! Thanks Studica.com for the excellent customer service and quick resolution!! I will order again!! "

"The ordering process was very straight forward.
However, it took almost two weeks for delivery from Mississauga to Guelph.
The fischer technik set is a amazing ! My nine year old spent hours putting together the gearbox, and hopes to take it to school to show her classmates.

"Excellent. I found the whole process very easy and intuitive. I was given a text message that pin-pointed the delivery time within a one hour window and it arrived early!
I would almost certainly deal with this company again and they've proved there is still some customer service and satisfaction out there."

"I was able to place my order promptly and easily. Wendy was extremely pleasant to deal with. I had a few questions she could not immediately answer, but immediately called me back as promised wih no delay whatsoever. All in all a 10/10 experience! I would definately purchase from Studica again. "

"This is the worst and most ridiculous origination I've ever dealt with in my entire life. The level of unprofessionalism and rigmarole is unparalleled. I placed an order for an item that was scheduled for a two day delivery only to still be waiting 10 days later with zero communication whatsoever. I called 5 days after the initial order; I could not get one person to pick up the phone. I was getting the run around of pushing phone buttons with no one in particular picking up the phones. I had to call again for the next day for almost 25 minutes pushing buttons to finally get someone in line.

The response was pathetic. She told me in so many words that my order was being placed with another company who is the actually manufacturer and will ship when they received it. But when will the shipment expected? I had to persistently ask her repeatedly over 6 times to get a vague answer on when the shipment expectation would be, still nothing definite.

We were not even talking about the shipment of my order after they received theirs yet. I waited again for another week to find out that nothing was done. I finally called again and went through the same process of getting a person to talk to on the phone for another 15 minutes. Finally a Sue lady came on and told me they do in fact have the product, but could not ship due to lack of payment. Shocking, I gave her my order number and charge reference number, she insisted on recharging me again for the second time, despite having an existing charge on one of my cards.

Now I asked what the expected shipment date was and she claimed 5 days. 5 days? I paid to have a 2 day delivery and insisted on what I paid for. She reluctantly now checked the same order she had just processed for me, only to confirm the obvious. I later contacted my bank to find out the original charge on my card was still there and would not be released for 30 days.

Studica had placed a charge and a processing hold on the account for 30 days. So now I'm out of another $400.00 for the same product, making it a total of $800.00 excluding 2 taxes and double shipment charges. I've tried calling back and they will not pick up the phones, only messages and a leave message round about.

To think that this company also prints on your order that your computer IP has been recorded for frauds, which in itself is downright condescending is joke. Who is the fraudster now? Simple email to notify you of the order process, they can't do. Safe to say I WILL never in this life buy from this company ever again. They should not be allowed to do business in this country. What a pathetic lot. Meanwhile I still need to collect my money for the overcharge from them and no one will pick up the phones. The entire process is amazing and shocking to say the least.

"i am still waiting on my purchase, even tho i payed for the fed ex 2 day shipping, there was no notification on the site that you were out of stock when i ordered. "
