"Purchased an item from this seller on Ebay thinking that I had problems with this item that it would be exchanged for a new one since seller had a great selling score.I was wrong,item failed within a few days and repacked in factory packing along with R.A. form to seller and seller refused item saying it needed more packing than the factory.Sent this item 2000 miles and paid $26 in shipping to have this seller (with item in hand)refuse it and supposedly sending it back 2000 miles to have it repacked and shipped for the 2nd time.Now the item originally purchased for $144 will end up costing over $200 with no guarantee of exchange or refund.Had to file a complaint against this seller with BBB to retract some of my funds.I contacted this seller by phone to resolve problem before contacting BBB,but seller had no cooperation and refused to help with shipping costs.Seller NOT recommended!"
