The Black Friday offer was $50 off my order plus a gift card worth 10% of my order total. They shipped the next day and provided a tracking # via email.<br><br>I just used the $53 gift card to order a cat-back exhaust for my Trans Am. They had the best price by far. My new order comes with another 10% gift card, so I\u0027m certain I will be ordering from them again.<br><br>Edit: When I originally wrote this review I stated that I had to contact customer service to get my gift card code and that they responded promptly. I see now that the emails with the codes had been filtered to my spam folder. Free 3 day shipping = win The website was fairly easy to use and when coming back to check on the status of my order, the site provided hyperlinks that launched the tracking info for my shipments. I appreciated the convenience. I did come to the site with the correct PIAA and Ventshade part numbers for my application. As such I can\u0027t speak to the how well in-site product searching works. I had been considering using Amazon to get these items, but read some of their recent reviews and decided not to chance a bad experience. "Be cautious of trying to deal with this company if outside the US. I "purchased" a carb and was directed to pay throught their international shipping and payment partner, BONGO. My credit card was charged and then it took 4 days to "verify" the purchase, and then on the 5th day I receive an email stating that due to a price difference my order is cancelled and I will receive a refund in 4 business days! How can an online order placed on their website have the wrong price? How can I be charged immediately but not get an immediate refund? Major pain and waste of time and if the payment is not immediately refunded will require a fraud investigation!"
