reply posted Jul-16-2012 “We appreciate your business and are very sorry it is taking such a long time to receive your order! You chose our Economy Service which is our lowest cost shipping option. This option takes more time for delivery because it involves FedEx and USPS. In the checkout process we clearly state that the Economy Service delivery is 4-7 business days. Your placed your order on 07/08/12 and we shipped your order the following business day 7/9/2012. FedEx is showing that the package should arrive at your location on 7-18-12. This anticipated delivery date is 1 day outside of our expected time frame so hopefully it arrives sooner than the 18th. If it does not we will most certainly give you a shipping credit for the trouble. Thanks again for your business!”
