posted Feb-01-2012 “This customer mistakenly ordered two frames for his StowAway Carrier (the StowAway Carrier comes with a frame but he ordered a second frame by mistake). We called to inform him of his error and get his OK to delete and credit the second frame. He did not return our calls so after three days we shipped the order complete. While it was still in transit he called to cancel the order, which we did, and had it shipped back to us. He was credited for the full amount of his original order plus outbound shipping.”
