"The delivery was fast but unfortunately, the wrong model Friskar scissors which I ordered. They told me the model that I wanted was discontinued. And why did no one email me to confirm if I would accept another model that was equivalent to the one I wanted and instead just sent the 20pcs to me. I was puzzled and told them I am sending these to Singapore, which will take another few days to arrive and asked for extention of return policy. It was declined and I am very upset and dissappointed. It was not my fault if your websites did not remove the discontinued items. And because it was your fault, then you should try to honor the request of extention return policy. But apparently, it was rejected. I am keeping my fingers crossed that my client will accept it. The amount I spent was $365.60!
oh yes...they did offer the refund but like I said...why bother sending something else and hoping client will accept...such inconvenience."

"Placed an order for an HP LaserJet 4014N. My card had 2 holds for the entire amount placed on it was well as the charge itself. So I had over $2600 tied up for several days for an $800 printer. I waited 11 days for the arrival of the printer. When I would check the status online it simply said, "processing" Finally, I called and was told the printer was discontinued by the manufacturer. No attempt was made to relay this information to me. I wonder how long they would have let me wait until I was notified. I was told I would receive a refund. We'll see if that happens. This was my first and last time doing business with these clowns."
