"I ordered a battery plate for a Mach 1 charger I have. Item arrived promptly! Unfortunately, the item was for an old Mach 1 charger and not the new version that I own.This is where true customer service comes in. I place a call to the company and phone was immediately answered. I explained what happened and he said no problem it's not clear on the web site which version the plate was for. He immediately checked to see if they had the new part and said I'll send it right out to you! I then explained that I needed the part very quickly and he said no problem I'll two day it to you no charge. What service! Don't hesitate to do buisness with this company. I would order again in a heartbeat!"

"I've had great experiences with Sterlingtek in the past. While they're batteries might not last as long as genuine canon batteries, they're a heck of a lot cheaper and well worth it. This time, I ordered some extra camcorder batteries for a trip. I needed them delivered by a Friday and selected the proper shipping option. To make sure I would receive the batteries on time, I e-mailed customer service to verify the shipping information and get a tracking number. The representative was very helpful. To my surprise, the package arrived the next day, even though I selected 2-day shipping."

"I bought a Replacement Canon BP-511 Battery for my Powershot G3 camera, together with a charger. They came in 5 days from the day I placed the order, weekend and labor day included. They also send you tracking numbers (my package came through FedEx).
You can't beat the price - original canon batteries (1100 MAh) sell for around $60-70, other companies' replacements for around $35. For $47 (shipping included) I bought both a 1300 MAh and a Lenmar charger.
The battery is charging as I type this, hope it works - I'll update my rating with a few word on battery life after a few days of use.
"Based on recommendations from a popular digital photography website (DPreview.com), I purchased two BP-511 camera batteries and a charger from sterlingtek.com. I placed the order on Friday, 3/2/07 with the items being shipped to GA. I received the complete order on Monday, 3/5/07. Extremely fast turnaround! Everything works fine. One very minor complaint though...the batteries are just a tad snug in my EOS 10D's add-on BG-ED3 battery grip but I solved that problem by placing a piece of scotch tape on the flat side of each battery with a folded piece hanging off the end. The tape gives me a nice pull tab to easily slide the batteries out. They both fit in the camera's regular battery chamber just fine without the need for the tape pull tab. They also fit fine in the battery chamber my wife's Digital Rebel also without the need for the pull tab.
The battery charger is much more compact and therefore convenient than the one that came with my camera. I will definitely order from SterlingTEK again!"

"Excellent customer service. I bought a Canon battery BP511 replacement and a battery charger. Order placed on 7/11 and delivered on 7/14. I emailed them for the USPS tracking number and got the response promptly.
I wrote this review to support those online stores who really care about their customers. I am glad that I read the reviews at Resellerratings.com before I made the decision.
Since I am from China and both products are made in China, I will definitely use this store again.
