I ordered two batteries for my Canon 40d - Prices are excellent. I recieved a confirmation email right away, and recieved my shipment in 3 business days. All of the positive reviews that I've read have proven to be true in my experience. Excellent company - Would buy from again!

Purchased 3 batteries and 1 charger and received them within a reasonable amount of time. Batteries are excellent working just as good as factory batteries. For the price of the 3, I could have just bought a single factory battery. I would buy from them again.

I ordered a couple of camera batteries as well as some AA 2700mah batteries. Shortly after I placed the order I received an email informing me that the "2400mah AA batteries" were on backorder, and that I could cancel that part of the order so that the rest of my order could ship. BTW, it is not a mistype, I did order 2700mah batteries, and Sterlingtek did refer to them in the email as 2400mah batteries. I emailed them back asking them to cancel that part of the order. The next day I received a confirmation that the AA battery part of the order was indeed canceled and that the rest of the order would ship. I received the rest of the order on the 2/4. I noticed that I had not been reimbersed for the AA batteries and sent them an email to that regard. I received a response telling me that the person responsible for the refunds would take care of it in the next few days. Three weeks later, no refund, so I emailed them once again. The response took several days and I was told that my order had shipped and to contact the shipping company. Talk about total incompetance, the person, Cindy, didn't even bother to notice that only part of the order had shipped!

Ordered two NB-2LH rated as 1700 mah. Knew full well they couldn't be that high, but for the price, who cares, it was worth it.  
 
They send ones that are listed as 1000 and after repeated questioning (5 emails) they respond and say that they sometimes use "replacement products".  
 
It's still a good deal, but remember that they are not what is advertised.

After reading online recommendations, I ordered a BP-511 replacement battery for my Canon 20D. It arrived in three days! It's much cheaper than Canon batteries, and it seems to fit and work just like the original, though I don't know how many shots it will last yet.

I've had great experiences with Sterlingtek in the past. While they're batteries might not last as long as genuine canon batteries, they're a heck of a lot cheaper and well worth it. This time, I ordered some extra camcorder batteries for a trip. I needed them delivered by a Friday and selected the proper shipping option. To make sure I would receive the batteries on time, I e-mailed customer service to verify the shipping information and get a tracking number. The representative was very helpful. To my surprise, the package arrived the next day, even though I selected 2-day shipping.

I paid a little bit extra for express shipping on two Canon compatible batteries, and they came as quickly as advertised. The replacement compatible batteries look just fine, at a price much less than half that of original Canon batteries. I would do business with them again.

ordered two batteries for my Canon 30D. They didn't fit, so I sent them back (from the Netherlands). Within one week I got two new batteries, that fitted just fine. No extra charge for First Class delivery! Excellent after sale service!!

I ordered a camcorder battery and charger from Sterling on Monday 28th at 3:45 pm and paid $6.99 shipping by USPS and was very surprised that package arrived FedEx on 30th (<48h). Fast service. Battery charged OK and was recognised by Sony Camcorder with appropriate time remaining shown on camcoder (guide to capacity). It is hard to judge the quality of Chinese batteries but the box appears to be from exact same maker as previously ordered batteries from Sterling for my Canon 20D, which I never switch off, and these batteries last for days/weeks with 4 gig compact flash cards. Not satisfied. I ordered two Canon BP-2L14 batteries from Sterling Technologies. But when I received the package, it contained two BP-2L12 batteries instead. The invoice were still listed as BP-2L14 and I was charged for higher BP-2L14 price. When I called their customer service. I was told that they ran out of BP-2L14 batteries. But I was never informed about the out of stock issue. They just simply switched to BP-2L12 battery. I also had to argue to get my credit back for getting the cheaper BP-2L12.

Based on recommendations from a popular digital photography website (DPreview.com), I purchased two BP-511 camera batteries and a charger from sterlingtek.com. I placed the order on Friday, 3/2/07 with the items being shipped to GA. I received the complete order on Monday, 3/5/07. Extremely fast turnaround! Everything works fine. One very minor complaint though...the batteries are just a tad snug in my EOS 10D's add-on BG-ED3 battery grip but I solved that problem by placing a piece of scotch tape on the flat side of each battery with a folded piece hanging off the end. The tape gives me a nice pull tab to easily slide the batteries out. They both fit in the camera's regular battery chamber just fine without the need for the tape pull tab. They also fit fine in the battery chamber my wife's Digital Rebel also without the need for the pull tab.  
 
The battery charger is much more compact and therefore convenient than the one that came with my camera. I will definitely order from SterlingTEK again!

Bought 3 batteries from SterlingTek for two different cameras. Not only do they have the best prices around, but their shipping prices and speed simply can't be beat. I had the batteries sitting on my doorstep the 3rd day. All 3 batteries work great and have already lasted more than the OEM batteries.

This is my second order from Sterlingtek. The first was batteries for my Rebel XT. I've been using them for some time now and have been very happy, especially for the price compared to Canon's batteries. When I got my wife a used Digital Rebel I ordered two batteries for her camera. We got them quickly and they were on sale too. I'll definitely order again and recommend Sterlingtek.

I would like to say that this is an A-1 company. I ordered 2 bp-511 batteries and charger yesterday and it was delivered the very next day. It was well packaged although there were no general instructions its not hard to figure out. So you guys get 2 thumbs up from me.

I believe this is my fifth order from Sterling. The items have always shipped quickly, have been as advertised, work well and are very price competitive.  
 
I have had poor response via EMail but good interface over the phone. Very pleased with my experiences.
