I took a lot of time checking out different sites in regards to where I wanted to have my computer built. I found this site and after checking it out to see what the company was about I decided to have them build my computer. I must say, this company has some of the best customer service I have ever come across. Not only is Josef extremely prompt in answering any and all questions, but he has also been extremely polite and most helpful throughout any dealings that I have had with him. Also, this company is more than willing to switch out parts if there is a specific part you would like. One of the parts that I had chosen was not available and Josef offered me a few other alternatives or the option to wait for my specified part! I ordered rush build time which is 10 days and even with the wait for the specific part I wanted, it was built and shipped a few days ahead of time! I have nothing but positive things to say about this company and for any future computer needs I will be shopping here. Look around at other sites if you want, but I'd highly suggest ending your search with StealMachines.

I must say that the main reason that I chose Stealth Machines as the company to conduct my business with, was due largely to the reviews that I’d read here. Almost every one resonated with satisfaction in terms of the personal customer service provided. In turn, my experience was far from those of you who’ve came before me.  
 
It should be stated up front that I am serving my country in Baghdad, Iraq and time difference may have played some part in this ‘fiasco’, but that would be extremely little, if any.  
 
On April 17, 2009, I utilized StealthMachines.com to select the system and components I desired and sent immediate payment via PayPal. I then made a phone call to Stealth Machines and got the owner, Josef, on the phone. He suggested a few changes and on April 21, 2009, the final order was submitted and was less than what I had originally paid. He said that he would refund the difference. On April 22, 2009, I asked for him to confirm the total refund amount and an estimated refund date. After not receiving an answer, I emailed Josef again on April 24, 2009 and received a reply that “Sorry, your e-mail got lost....” and “I'll get you an invoice and refund soon.”. Refund was not received until April 29, 2009.  
 
It should also be noted that I opted for the ‘Super Rush!’ for an additional $199, where it states, “All parts are shipped to us overnight …”. After not receiving any updates for a couple days, I emailed Josef on April 28, 2009, asking for information and an estimated shipping date. I received a reply on the 29th, stating, “Parts came in yesterday. Will ship out later this week.”. My parts arrived one week after my final order was submitted … So much for overnight shipping.  
 
On April 30, 2009, I received an email from Josef stating, “Computer is ALMOST ready... I should be able to ship out today. Would it be alright if I shipped the graphics cards separately? They will have a MUCH better chance of making it if I do this...”. I replied to his email a couple hours later stating, “Sorry for not getting back sooner. Yes, it would be okay for you to ship them separately. I can install once it arrives. And to be sure, you are shipping to this address: (Omitted for privacy).”  
 
On May 01, 2009, I received this from Josef, “I shipped the computer this morning to:  
(Omitted for privacy)  
That was the address you asked me to send it to on your payment. I can't send it to a different address than this.”  
 
It was then that I pointed out that I had, in fact, notified him from the very beginning of the correct shipping address via the PayPal’s ‘Instructions to merchant’. In return, he replied, “Payment notes are very hard to see (fine print) and I overlooked them. I apologize.” Now, Josef did try to stop the package before going through customs, but was unable to do so. And, to this date, is still lost in ‘mailing space’ somewhere unknown. All of which could have been avoided had he waited a couple hours for my email reply.  
 
While not receiving a product more than three weeks after shipping isn’t bad enough, on May 01, 2009, I emailed Josef asking, “In addition, did you mail the video cards separately? And also, how was the computer packaged? Was it double boxed?”. Finally, on May 05, 2009, I received this reply, “Video cards were shipped separately … Also, the wireless card would not fit in the computer with the two graphics cards. The second graphics card covered up the PCI slot where the wireless card goes. I recommend purchasing a wireless USB card. Let me know if you need assistance finding one that suites your needs. I'll refund you the wireless card value in the next few days.”  
 
Four days after ‘shipping’ my product, I am informed that my order was incomplete and that I should do xxx. On May 11, 2009, I had yet to receive any further updates on my order, or a refund for the wireless card. I contacted Josef and was told to wait a couple weeks and then contact him if my product had yet to arrive. Oh, and “I will process your refund right away.”.  
I finally received the refund on May 12, 2009.  
So here it is almost a month and a half since I spent over $4k on a product and almost a month since it was shipped and have yet to receive anything. I emailed Josef two days ago and have still yet to receive a reply. I have been yielding and understanding to a point, but enough is enough.  
 
I would have to say that based on my experience, the customer service of Stealth Machines is subpar at best and customer experience and interaction leave very much to be desired. When and if I ever receive my product, I will update this review. Until then, I can’t say anything good about MY PERSONAL experience.

After a horrible experience with ordering a computer from Cyberpower and getting a non-working piece of junk I did some more research and ended up ordering a computer from Stealthmachines.  
 
I placed the order on April 17th and actually spoke with the owner Josef, who was extremely helpful in helping me assemble the computer components for my needs. He was very patient and answered all my "noob" questions. I came away more knowledgeable about computers.  
 
My computer arrived on May 7th and it was in beautiful condition. The assembly was top-notch.  
 
I ordered the computer without an operating system or video cards since I already had both, but even so it was clear that the computer had been tested.  
 
My only minor complaints are:  
 
1) The chipset driver CD that comes with the motherboard was not included and this caused me some problems because I had use a friends computer to download the chipset drivers from the internet and install on my system before I could access the internet.  
 
2) I received the wrong motherboard manual.  
 
3) There was supposed to be a small tool kit included with the Coolermaster Comos tower that was missing.  
 
In speaking with Josef he apoligized for item #1 and said he would correct items #2 and #3.  
 
All in all a great experience and I have a smoking hot computer that has been working perfectly!!

Place your orders right here. In addition to great prices, you get treated with individual attention. Before I bought a Q6600 I called with questions and the o-w-n-er,Josef,answered them. Then after I placed the order I sent him  
an Email with a question and he answered it at 10:13 p.m.(his time)My processor was shipped immediately and received it 3 days later. I intend to shop here from now on.

Stealthmachines was pleasure to work with. I wanted a very specific video card that they did not offer, e-mailed the owner and he had the card added to list the next day. I ordered the computer on 12/30/08 and received it 01/15/09.  
 
After assembling the computer and peripherals I booted it up. It would not boot properly, because it was after hours I left a message for the support team and waited to be contacted the next day (Friday). I was called 20 minutes after the store opened and spoke directly with Josef the owner. It turns out that one of the SATA ports had been damaged in shipping. Josef offered to repair or replace the damage immediately. I did not send the computer back the mother board has more than enough ports for me even with one gone bad.  
 
1 month later the computer is running great and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend stealthmachines to anyone.

Stealthmachines has excellent customer service. When my computer was damaged in shipping they worked with me to resolve the issue by providing me with several options to best suite my situation. They have great prices and a superb product.

The fastest call backs and emails I have ever had from anyone. Super nice and very helpful could not ask for better. If your thinking of getting one DO IT!!

I have to say these guys have the best customer service first off.They also have great prices.I ordered my dream computer from them and they sent it in 2 weeks.  
Unfortunatly UPS workers decided my computer was a basketball or something and it arrived with the graphics cards disconnected along with the sound card.I know nothing about computers but I called Josef and he talked for hours on the phone with me talking me through how to basically install graphics cards .Well what we were able to fix runs better than any computer I have owned .we weren,t able to get the SLI to work so we are still working on it.But Josef has been great and I will continue my review after we get all the kinks worked out.I finally have my computer fixed after finding out most the components were ruined.I shipped it back Josef fixed it up very quickly and shipped it to me it is the best computer I have ever been on very fast cool looking and very fun to game with.I just wanna thank stealth machines for all the hard work and for going the extra mile to make sure my computer was top notch he spent hours on the phone walking me through trying to fix it when it arrived the first time thats dedication.great company I highly recommend them.

This is a great company to order from. Josef (The Owner) called me a few times to let me know about sales and other offers that would save me money and/or get me better parts. It is easy to tell the difference between some one who is just doing a job and some one who really cares about their product and their customers. Stealth Machines is a company that cares about you getting the best computer possible.

I always said before you buy your computer from a company your not too familiar with, first thing you do is check out the comments and reviews what the customer has to say. That's what I did before venturing into buying from StealthMachines.  
 
What ! ...Four months have gone by since I purchased my "Dream Machine" QX9650 Quad-Core Processor, Asus Striker II Formula 780i Motherboard, 150GB 10,000 RPM Raptor Hard Drive, CORSAIR XSM2 4GB of memory, CoolerMaster 1250W Power Supply to run my 3 XFX GeForce 8800GTX Extreme 768MB Overclocked Graphic Card's running in SLi Mode.  
The Operating System is Microsoft Windows Vista 64-Bit Ultimate.  
I purposely delayed my review because I wanted to test out my computer first to see if everything would work correctly well I'm happy to say this system is the fastest gaming PC that I ever owned and thanks to Josef he made it all happen with he polite manners and superb knowledge in software and hardware.  
Everything they put into the gaming machines are top notch brands and believe me you can't beat the price any quality. Also thanks goes out to the staff that works for Josef at StealthMachines.  
YES I would buy again from this great company.

I was contacted within 15 minutes of my transaction. The person I spoke with was very polite and gave me advice\suggestions. Questions and concerns were responded efficiently. The owner of the store phoned me back within 1 hour. He answered every question I had. He was very polite and friendly. I've not gotten the new pc yet but I feel sure I won't be dissapointed when I do. He has answered every email I have sent.

I had an issue with how to hook up my speakers. Josef walked me through it on the telephone.
