we won't charge your card manually as we use PayPal gateway it will charge immediately as it is very secure( we're doing this business from 11 years, in this 11 years no one complained my card data was stolen)

As you told us how it is possible for us to refund a transaction on 4th which you did on 5th August. I received your order on 5Th August I cannot make a refund on 4th August.
And 4th and 5th are Saturday and Sunday on this date my office was closed. On Monday 6th august we have seen your transaction and we mailed you for $25 to ship it international. And on 7th August you asked us to cancel the order and we said we will make a refund in 4-7 business days. as we said we made a refund in just 4 business days i.e, on 13th August. Up to here we can handle then it’s in your bank hands.
As you said to send a simple letter we’re charging you $25. Letter means it should be a document it shouldn’t be a part or an electronic item.
So we cannot make it as a letter we have to send it as a box. And it is a processor and its pins are very sensitive little pressure makes pins bent, so we have to pack it very carefully and for international packing we have to pack it good. you might ask us Why we need to pack good ? just because in United States the shipping carriers handles carefully no problem in USA. But when it arrives in your country the shipping carrier is your local carrier he may ship it very good or in a worst way by putting lot of weight on it, we don’t know what happens there, to avoid damage there we should take all precautions.
your item costs $45 in my store but outside it costs lot more which is an OEM CPU never used before. So we’re selling for low price and we have to ship it free to your country by baring $25?
And I told you exactly this line “ refund will be made in 4-7 business days”, it is a company and we have to organize things in order to complete them in time. So the refund should be processed step by step to match accounts and everything, that is why I told that refund will be made in 4-7 business days.
Then after it is in your credit card company hands. We don’t or we can’t predict how many days they will take because it is an international transaction.
We won’t take money from anyone and we won’t cheat as you mentioned earlier in this message.

"Ordered an Intel Core 2 Duo T8300 CPU for my HP laptop. Description was "Intel Core 2 Duo Mobile T8300 2.4GHz 3MB L2 Cache 800MHz Socket P SLAPA SLAYQ Mobile OEM Processor" and it was WAY cheaper than anywhere else. I was weary of that but it was brand new bulk. Product was exactly as described and was shipped fast.
04-28-2013 - Placed order on-line Sunday night.
05-01-2013 - CPU was delivered via USPS Priority Mail.
One thing that was kinda freaky was that the USPS tracking number that was provided was showing (on the Star Micro web site) "delivered" from the start and it had some old dates. If I go back and check now, it all looks normal. The USPS web site was always showing it normally."
