"I really like staples. The are FAST to ship... I get it the next day. It is quite amazing. The night before the online invoice will state "processing arriving the next day" (yeah... right) but then the next day it really does arrive. My only gripe with them is the rebate center, I think they are a bit sketchy, and you got to be careful keeping copies of all mailed rebates and follow up after a few weeks. So far made got all the rebates I sent and waiting on one. Currently I would recommend Staples.com...."

"Ordered a file cabinet and hanging folders on Saturday 11/18. It shipped on Monday 11/20 and was delivered the next day. The price on the file cabinet was the lowest of comparable cabinets from the major office supply stores. Shipping was free, although I had to pay sales tax. I just wish a coupon code was available."

"I purchased an instant camera on 12/15/2006. It arrived blazingly fast on roughly 12/18/2006.
Sadly, it arrived DOA and due to some holiday travelling, I wasn't able to deal with it until after the new year. I called Polaroid who told me to call Staples and have them deal with it. I called Staples on 1/12/2007 and they offered to do an exchange. They came to my door in about a day or two with the new camera in hand and picked up the broken one.
It was SO SMOOTH! An excellent experience with Staples. Thank you!"

I agree that prices for paper goods could be better but I thought the chair was priced quite reasonably and I was happy not to have to go out to buy it and lug the thing into the office myself. "
