"I had boughten 3 warranties in the past from Squaretrade and never had to make a claim. I bought a Flatscreen 42" and noticed a problem in the screens appearance, made the claim and they reimbursed me the purchase price within 1 business day. I could not believe the turn around time. But I will most definitely but warranties from them again."

"I Had a fantastic experience. I purchased a square trade warranty. My product gave up the ghost just abought 2 months, and 2 weeks after purchaseing it. I contacted square trade, and there was no hassle. I am sure glad I purchased there warranty, because there was no recourse with the seller. Thanks Square Trade, I will be sure and purchase again, Sincerely, one satisfied customer."

"I purchased 2 warranties from Squaretrade and have not had to use them until now. I had read a few bad reviews about them and was somewhat skeptical. I contacted Squaretrade, they responded right away, they sent me a return label right away, they received my item right away, and credited my PayPal account right away. I was pleasantly surprised and very happy. I made the right choice in purchasing an extended warranty through them. I would do it again and I would definitely recommend them to others."

"I was somewhat afraid to spend the money for a warranty from SquareTrade for the Laptop I bought in Ebay, but went ahead with it. Almost a year later, I was having problems with the laptop, so I let SquareTrade know, and in just a day or two, they walked me through every step to get all my money back from my purchase. They even paid the shipping and sent the label. They are the BEST warranth service I have ever worked with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait to buy something again, because I know now that I have a great service behind me in every purchase. I am going to recommend SquareTrade to all my hundreds of email friends!!

"I purchased a warranty on a motorola cell phone in August of 2007 and had to file a claim. My experience with Square Trade can be summarized in one word "Outstanding". The square trade rep took the time to understand my concern about the item and immediately said that Square Trade would accept the claim. I was sent a prepaid mailing form and I mailed the phone back to them for inspection. A few days later, I got an email advising that the full credit of my purchase was issued to Paypal. If you have a need for warranty service, do not hesitate to use this organization. They are the best! Thanks Square Trade for providing your customers with outstanding service. Well done1"

"Bought this warranty for a Razr V3i that I bought off eBay (orig condition New & Unlocked). About 1 year + 3 months later had an issue crop up where phone would periodically start freezing and rebooting. Initially when I submitted the claim I received an email telling me that after "careful review and consideration" they determined it was a battery or power supply issue and therefore it wasn't covered. I called and spoke to a Squaretrade agent and explained the issue in more depth, including that I had verified it wasn't a battery issue by swapping batteries, and that it occurred when not plugged in and therefore wasn't a power supply issue. Also, the phone had an unrelated crack in the exterior display cover, which initially the agent I spoke to thought might be a potential warranty snafu. I sent in a picture of the phone for him to see the crack, and he called back a couple hours later and said it appeared unrelated and wouldn't pose a problem. Once everything was clarified, he initiated the process for me to send in the phone with the prepaid 2-day shipping. On the 3rd business day from when I shipped it I received notice that they had examined it and determined it defective. I had the original purchase price for the phone refunded via PayPal 3 days later. My general impression was that once the confusion was cleared up on the exact nature of the problem, they handled the claim quickly and professionally, and didn't throw up excuses or fuss. "

"SquareTrade lived up to its claim of fast service and I was reimbursed the entire purchase price within a week. I don't usually purchase warranties but the price was fair. I did not expect my plasma TV to cut out on me. When it did, I'm glad I had it covered. I have already replaced the TV and SquareTrade has the warranty!

"Fabulous! I've been telling everyone about how cheap, friendly, fast, and comprehensive SquareTrade is! I obviously hoped not to have to use the warranty, but when I had a problem, they made it so quick and easy to resolve!"
