I had it off, but forgot to unplug... :(<br><br>Purchasing warranties on SquareTrade is very easy and quick. In a couple minutes you should be able to get a quote and pay for a warranty. If you\u0027re not committed right away, the quote is good for several days.<br><br>Warranties can be paid for in several ways, credit cards, PayPal, and I think you can mail a check... I sent my broken product out 2 weeks ago and still have not received my payment. I was told they did everything on their end. If that\u0027s so true, THEN WHERE IS MY PAYMENT? This is absolutely ridiculous for a GIFT CARD. They also claim their prices are great, but after a little research, I can get a better warranty for MUCH cheaper. I\u0027ve never, ever regretted doing this and will never own any electronic item without a SquareTrade warranty. Their customer service department is SO easy to work with, knowledgeable and nice with quick, well-informed answers to any question I have asked. The claims process (I\u0027ve had 4 now) is so easy it\u0027s almost hard to believe with fast answers, great follow up and quick resolution! I will never, EVER, let a retailer talk me into their warranties again -- only SquareTrade for me. In fact -- this is so cool -- I sold two of my old iPads (when I purchased new ones) and went online with SquareTrade, cancelled the remainder of the contract and within 3 days had a nice refund in my Paypal account! No hassle, no questions! I tried to cancel a warranty I had been pressured into buying from another online retailer and it was \u0022sorry for your luck lady\u0022 so the fact that SquareTrade treats their customers so well and does business like it should be done goes a very long way for me! A great tip: When you purchase your item and then purchase your SquareTrade warranty, immediately scan or fax your receipt for the time over to SquareTrade immediately. They will put in on file with your item and if you ever do have a claim, the process is even faster! I\u0027m telling you -- do it, you will NOT be sorry you did! And no, I don\u0027t work for Square Trade.
