I purchased a refurbished dehumdifier from Ebay and purchased the 3 year warranty from SquareTrade. Just recently the coils started to freeze up, appears that the sensor that detects this and allows the coils to defrost broke. Contaced SquareTrade via the website, listed my problem, a couple hours later was sent an email outlining that it was not cost effective to repair. I recieve a document to sign and fax back. Was issued my refund via paypal for the full amount of my purchase price. Was pain free, no hassles and responses were quick. Never had to speak to a live person. I'd definately buy again, much better coverage than the big box stores.
I got a warrenty on my phone that I purchased on ebay about a year and a half ago from SquareTrade and it broke. They had the phone shipped to them and they tried to fix it. They could not fix the phone so they sent me the money I originally paid for the phone. I was extremely happy with my warrenty.
WOW! Super F-A-S-T resolution for my claim! Although I have purchased warrnties from Square Trade for several years now, this is the first time I've made a claim. Boy! Am I impressed! No muss, no fuss. Communication is great...they keep you informed every step of the way. Thanks, Square Trade for outstanding service and very courteous customer service.
Excellent Customer Service. I completed a claim form, they sent me a UPS label to send my vacuum to them with. They received it and credited my paypal account with my claim. Will definitely use again!
I can't give enough praise for this company. They have taken care of every single item that has gone bad under their warranty. To date, I have had a 40" LCD tv, a digital camera, and an amplifier break under one of their warranties. Each situation was handled in a timely manner and they aways honored their warranties without hassle. I would highly recommend purchasing a Square Trade warranty to anyone.
When my cell phone took a turn for the worst, I remembered I had purchased a warranty from SquareTrade. I contacted a very nice and helpful customer service representative and he took great care of me. He arranged for my phone to be looked at, and it wound up my phone was in rough shape. They issued a refund for 100% what I payed for the phone! Service was extremely fast I called on Thursday, shipped my phone, and my money was in the bank on Monday! Will DEFINITELY deal with SquareTrade again in the future!
My 1.5 years old book reader iRex iLiad was failed (white strips on screen making impossible comfort reading), I've sent it to Square Trade, they inspected unit and I receive a full refund. So now I am going to buy new Amazon Kindle DX as a replacement. I am happy )
I was very happy with Square Trade. This was the quickest and most efficient process I have every used. No question, no forms, no back and forth. Simply they said just mail us back the item at our expense and will will evaluate it and settle the claim. This is exactly what they did. In just a few days Square trade paid me fully what I paid for the item and put the money in my Pay Pal account. I highly recommend using this company for all your electronic purchases..

Provided a much needed safety net for a large purchase I wouldn't usually make. When my product failed Square Trade stayed true to their word. When they were unable to repair my item the full product purchase price was waiting in my PayPal account within 2 days. Will use this service again...and again!
This was a very good experience - much much better than the previous experience for a more expensive box store warranty. This went without any fuss, they checked out my cell phone and promptly refunded me my full purchase price. I immediately sent my daughter and son the information on getting their warranty from Square Trade. Love it - a business that works. - Earl
Processed my claim very quickly and without any hassle. Provided me with UPS shipping label right away. Received a lot of email notices during the process like when UPS accepted the shipment, when they received it, when the cell phone passed inspection and when they deposited money into my PayPal account. The entire process was very quick, really easy and I am 100% satisfied. I now have two other cell phones insured with them!
