You are always wonder about warranty compnaies but I'm very pleased with the quick response and resolution of my claim.  
 
I definitely recommend Squaretrade!!!

I had always read everywhere online that SquareTrade was an excellent service. That being said you always still kind of worry that you might be the customer that gets the bad experience we've all come to expect. SquareTrade exceeded every expectation in every aspect. They were courteous, convenient, and so very fast!! You actually speak with a real person when you call in and there 5 day turn around is a promise that they keep. I will continue to buy warranties from them and have become an advocate for them to all my customers, friends, & family. I work in the retail electronics industry and I can't help but tell customers about their excellent service....shh...just don't tell my boss. :)

Squaretrade.com processed my claim quickly, professionally, courteously, and smoothly. I am very happy with the way my claim was handled.

When I had my problem I expected to have a bunch of red tape and forms to fill out, but boy was I suprised when after only a few days I received an email stating that a check would be sent to my account..  
There is only one thing I want to say and that is if you don't buy Square Trade warranties when you purchase things you won't be satisfied.  
Square Trade warranties are much much cheaper than store warranties without all the fuss, and when you need to file a claim it is easy, fast and you WILL be satisfied...  
I won't purchase anything online or at a store without getting a Square Trade warranty..

everyone i corresponded with (or spoke with) was very friendly and professional... it took a few more than 5 days, but it was less than 2 weeks... i had a computer that died and the replacement computer is covered by another squaretrade warranty... very satisfied...

Squaretrade is certainly well worth the small amount of money to get a warranty on your items. I bought a used item from eBay and when it went out, SquareTrade was there is quickly refund my money. I have all my electronic items from this company since I discovered them.

I purchase insurance for a cell phone I bought on ebay. Six months later my phone decided it's job was finished! I was amazed at how quick and painless the claim process was and how fast I received a full refund. I will have no hesitation about purchasing insurance coverage from Square Trade in the future. I bought the Square Trade warranty for several items I purchased online. Usually a refurbished item with a Square Trade extended warranty is cheaper than a new item with a one year or less manufacturers warranty. This was the case with a Dyson vacuum I recently bought. It was refurbished and ran well for a while and then died. The people at Square Trade were very friendly and determined that the repair was uneconomical and refunded the purchase price of the vacuum. My cost was the $52.49 I paid for the warranty. Such is the danger of buying refurbished, I would have been out a whole lot more if I didn't have the Square Trade warranty.

I purchased a refurbished dehumdifier from Ebay and purchased the 3 year warranty from SquareTrade. Just recently the coils started to freeze up, appears that the sensor that detects this and allows the coils to defrost broke. Contaced SquareTrade via the website, listed my problem, a couple hours later was sent an email outlining that it was not cost effective to repair. I recieve a document to sign and fax back. Was issued my refund via paypal for the full amount of my purchase price. Was pain free, no hassles and responses were quick. Never had to speak to a live person. I'd definately buy again, much better coverage than the big box stores.

I got a warrenty on my phone that I purchased on ebay about a year and a half ago from SquareTrade and it broke. They had the phone shipped to them and they tried to fix it. They could not fix the phone so they sent me the money I originally paid for the phone. I was extremely happy with my warrenty.
