I have bought a number of warranties from Square Trade over the past few years, but this was the first time I had to make a claim. Wow! I was so impressed, not only with the ease of the process, but with the speed with which the matter was resolved! I am very pleased with the outcome, and have already purchased a ST warranty for the replacement item. I'm telling everybody! Thanks again, Square Trade!

I have purchased several warranties from Square Trade over the past few years, and this was the first time I had to use one. It was simple; I was given a prepaid airbill to ship my phone. I was notified when the phone was received, and shortly thereafter I was notified of the results of my phone inspection. Unfortunately, my phone could not be repaired. I was issued a full refund of the purchase price, and I received those funds via paypal the same day. I am beyond pleased with the warranty cost, the service and turnaround time. I have recommended this company to everyone I know.

filed a clam with square trade on bluetooth that went bad a year after buying. in just a few days after mailing it back got full price back. I am going to be useing square trade for everything I buy.

I've used Square Trade for CD Players, Laptops, Cell Phones, GPS, and Cameras. Buying the warranty is easy, very inexpensive, getting service is extremely efficient, I don't have to spend an hour talking with a technician who I can't understand, and I have NEVER had a single hassle filing a claim. My most recent claim was for a 14 month old smart phone with 3 yr warranty and Accidental Damage rider. It couldn't be repair so they simply deposited $399 in my Paypal account. Unbelievable! I've purchased extended warranties from stores before and have had less than good luck. If you are going to get an extended warranty for a store or eBay purchase you are crazy not to use Square Trade.

I've made 2 claims in the past couple years with SquareTrade. Both have been EXCELLENT to say the least.  
 
The first one was for a used cell phone I bought from eBay that would stop working randomly after about 6 months of use. I initiated the claim online, I was then instructed to call them and then they sent me a prepaid shipping label to send back the cell phone to them. Once they received it, they deemed it would be better to simply refund me the original value of what I paid for it.  
 
My second and most recent claim was for a 32" HD LCD TV I purchased at a local electronics store. A little bit over a year after purchasing, the picture would start breaking up randomly and make the TV unwatchable. I again initiated the claim online, called a SquareTrade Rep on the phone, they sent me a pre-paid shipping box for the TV, once their repair center received it they said it could take up to 5 business days to see if it can be repaired. I then received an email from Squaretrade letting me know that again it would be easier to refund me the full value of what I originally paid for tv rather than attempt to repair it. They said I should be receiving the money in my PayPal account within 2-3 business days!  
 
I use them for all of my electronics and plan to continue to do so! :)

The service SquareTrade provides is excellent. I have to admit I was unsure at the beginning when I purchased the first warranty for my Son's Wii system, but I went ahead and purchaed coverage for my cousin's iPhone at Christmas. Well,in January I got to test how good SquareTrade really was. Well, I think they are great. The whole process from claim the reimbursement was so easy I will purchase every warranty I need from them from now on.

Excellent service. Didn't have to call for status, updates sent automatically. Resolution of issue and re-imbursment extremely prompt. Will definitely purchase for simular products in future.

Very quick and efficient claim process. Extremely easy and user-friendly! I expected to have to "jump through hoops" to file a claim. No such problems with Square Trade. I have purchased several warranties from Square Trade due to the low prices, but was always a little concerned if I ever needed to file a claim. NOT ANYMORE! Hopefully I never need to again, but if I do, I know I can count on them to honor their promises!

Square Trade is the best!! The hot water heater I bought broke and Square Trade quickly and easily refunded me the purchase price. From here on out I will use them for all my warranty needs.

I was apprehensive about these kinds of warranties thinking it is too good to be true, but thought I would try it anyway. I had to put it to the test recently when a printer/copier I had purchased stopped working. So I started the claim wondering what all would happen. A pleasant surprise was in store because the whole process was very easy. My item was not able to be repaired, so they paid it out, meaning they paid the purchase price back to me. I sent the item (with a postage paid shipping label rom Squaretrade), sent the receipt, they answered by email each time they received something from me and kept me informed of where I was at in the process. Before I knew it they had paid me back my purchase price for my item. It really was that easy. I have no reservations about all my warranties I have purchased from them now. I know that they will back what they say and sell, and I can count on their services. I rate them an A+ on service and support.  

Cobra radar detector went bad during extended warranty period. SquareTrade issued a full refund of purchase price after I sent them the defective detector.
