This company has the WORST customer service. I ordered a security monitor almost two weeks ago, but there is no update of order status on web-page. I finally got through on the phone to check on the status, and the lady who answered was rude, unhelpful, apathetic, unsympathetic, and generally a really unpleasant person to deal with. She said it was a manufacturer backorder, but didn't apologize for not updating the order status on the web page. She stated it'll probably be shipping within 48 hours, but I'm not holding my breath. If the site doesn't have tracking on it on the 29th, I'm cancelling my order - according to previous reviewers, I'm not alone in getting jerked around.
